France declared three days of National Mourning following a deadly truckc attack, eight let 84 people were killed when a truck loaded with weapons and grenades plowed through a crowd celebrating bastille day. There are reports surfacing that two americans, a father and son, are among those killed. Were working to confirm that. Police did shoot and kill the driver of the truck. President obama last night condemned the attack in france, calling it horrific. There are several Media Outlets reporting that two americans are among the dead. This happened just as the Fireworks Show was ending. Hundreds of people could be seen running away, trying to get to a safe spot. The attack happened a little before 11 00 local time. At the first moment people started running, they were zigzagging left and right. We didnt know which way to run. Ive never seen anything quite like it. Police say a motorcycle driver hit a woman pedestrian and another vehicle at devereaux and the outer lanes of roosevelt boulevard. Officers say they saw the motorcycle speeding at about 90 miles an hour before the crash. Both the motorcycle driver and the pedestrian victim are in critical but stable condition at a nearby hospital. There are reports that Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Aguilar will not be charged with Sexual Assault following an accusation last month. He was accused of Sexual Assault after an alleged incident with a dancer at cheerleaders, a popular Gentlemans Club in south philadelphia. He was there with two teammates. He was the eagles first round pick last year. Several Media Outlets are reporting that the Philadelphia District attorney Seth Williams will announce a decision today. New from overnight, a 15yearold boy is in stable condition after he was shot in philadelphias germantown neighborhood. The teenager was visiting family near the intersection of wister and furly streets when someone opened fire around 10 30 last night. The boy was hit in the arm and the hand. He ran to a nearby restaurant. A delivery person drove him to the hospital. Police found 21 bullet casings at the scene. Right now they dont have suspects or motives are that shooting. New details in a car crash we brought to you at 11 00 last night as breaking news. Police in stratford say one person has died in this crash. Several others were hurt and taken to hospital lz. Six cars collided and one overturned. This was just after 9 00 last hr t hahp hc police temporarily closed the pike in both directions while they cleared the accident scene. Now to montgomery county, a 5yearold boy is recovering in the hospital after a truck crashed through a fence and s p stopped at the edge of a backyard pool in telford. The boy was in the passenger seat of the truck. He was air lifted to Lehigh Valley hospital but he is expected to be okay. No one else was hurt. Police are trying to figure out what caused the driver to lose control. A New Castle County man is in custody in new york city waiting to be sent back to delaware to face murder charges. U. S. Marshals arrested Gregory Parker against night after seven months after investigators say he killed a man. Hes accused of beating sean spence to death in january. The attack happened inside the new castle home where parker lived. Police have not released a motive. A Camden County man is the first confirmed case of this years west nile virus in new jersey. Last week, the 48yearold started showing symptoms, including a headache and swelling of the brain. Hes still in the hospital. Everyone is encouraged to use bug spray if youre spending time outside between dusk and dawn, you can still get the west nile virus infection when an infected mosquito bites you. And this is what led to the septa slowdown, that red mark is a dye that highlights the cracks discovered in dozens of Regional Rail cars. But the Transit Agency still doesnt know what caused them. Engineers used a flashlight and a pointer to show off the cracks to the suspension system. A third of septas entire fleet is off the tracks until the problem can be fixed. Meantime, thousands of riders are left with limited service and fewer seats. While the priority is to get the cars back online quickly, septa says safety cannotc be compromised.
