I dont mind, but you need to fix up the roads but the sales tax that goes along with it it doesnt happen for a couple years. This morning, the family of the 13yearold killed yesterday wants to know where he and his friends got the gun that they were playing with. Police are calling it an accidental shooting. They say a group of teenagers was playing with the gun when it went off and hit the 13yearold in the head. Neighbors were there when the gun went off and watched as the teens father rushed over to see what happened. Right there. I seen him back there. I went and looked at his dad. His dad tried picking him up. It was gory. This child didnt get a chance to realize his dreams. Police tell us the person who was holding the gun was 17. Police arent police havent arrested or charged anyone. And this is the second deadly accident tall shooting in the past week. Last thursday, a 4yearold died after accidentally shooting herself at a home in north philadelphia. The girls mother is charged with murder. And just this morning, we checked with police and theyre still searching for the mothers boyfriend. Today, a man could learn his fate for kidnapping a woman off the philadelphia street. It is a case that made National Headlines youll remember. Cameras bought the 2014 abduction on video where you see Delvin Barnes dragging a woman. Days later police found he and the victim in maryland. Barnes pleaded guilty and could get up to 35 years in prison.
