We talked about drive times on 95, 76 specifically were looking at eastbound, between the blue route and the vine heading into Center City Philadelphia about 12 minutes and the blue route between 76 and 95, that drive is only about 14 minutes. The one issue were following in center city is construction. That has closed down the vine street expressway east and westbound between 76 and 95. That should lift in the next ten or 15 minutes. Moving out into new jersey, this is a live look at route 38 and 70 along the Camden Pennsauken line. Things are running smoothly this. Thank you. Police in Camden County are investigating a shooting there, this happened at the pines apartments. This is in lindenwold. Someone shot a man. The victim is in stable condition at the hospital and police are searching the apartment complex. Also new from overnight, two people are hurt after a row home fire in a philadelphia neighborhood. Matt delucia is live for us in point breeze. Matt, what do we know about the injuries and the search for what caused that fire . Reporter the search for the cause continues, but we can tell you that the two injuries are not life threatening. One of those was to a firefighter. Behind me is where this happened. You see the firefighters and police, they left the scene out here. Most of the damage is in that house on the second floor. We also have some video of that injured firefighter receiving oxygen in the back of an ambulance. What we know about what happened, the fire started around 12 30 this morning, the firefighters showed up and saw heavy flames and smoke. Everyone did make it out of the house safely, that is the good news and there was a woman who was taken to the hospital as well but had minor injuries. You see the second floor there, all of the smoke damage. The fire marshal left the scene about 90 minutes ago. The cause of the fire under investigation at this time. Well stay on top of this. Democrats including Governor Tom Wolf stay they are committed to an earlier deal that involves hikes in overall spending and more aid to Public Schools. Speaking of Public Schools the Philadelphia School district will release the results of a report that impacts thousands of students. The group public citizens for children and youth along with dr. William heit will release the high school report. It examines the resources, opportunities and challenges for the 55,000 teens in philadelphias public high schools. School leaders say the findings will help them increase performance outcomes for students. Also today in philadelphia the School Reform commission will hold a first of two public hearings for two charter schools, there are 13 applications for new schools, the hearing at 3 30 this afternoon at the Education Center on north broad street in philadelphia. We have new information about two new york College Students abducted saturday morning and held hostage. Police say s. W. A. T. Officers rescued them both last night. The university of rochester students are in the hospital, one had been shot in the leg while he was held. All police will say is that it was a targeted attack and theres no danger to the university as a whole. Four people are now in custody. The Justice Department will investigate the Chicago Police department for the handling of the shooting of a teen caught on video. Attorney general Loretta Lynch will announce details of the investigation this week. A white officer is charged with shooting a black teen 16 times. Authorities released the squad car video last month, chicago mayor rahm emanuel denied the cover up and rejected the idea that the process was delayed until he could win reelection. Between 76 and broad street i know that in both directions construction has cleared. Only about 18 minutes between the turnpike and the vine street expressway.
