Matt delucia is live in our Digital Operations Center. Officials identified more attackers, they mow the mastermind, tell us what you know. We learned a few minutes ago that a french official has identified the suspected mastermind of the attacks, he is a belgian man, abdelhamid abaaoud. Authorities are also searching for others at this hour who may have been involved in those attacks on friday night. Now we go to the manhunt here. Police suspect that this guy here is an accomplice and on the run. Abdeslam salah is 26, from belgian. He is dangerous and they urge people to not approach him. Authorities have confirmed that two of the seven attackers who died in paris on friday night were french men living in brussels. Footage captured saturday show as black car being towed away, by French Police through paris. And the car had been abandoned with three guns and empty magazines inside. It was suspected of being used in the attack and here is pariss deputy mayor talking about the situation in the city right now. Its hell. Its not even a war. Its nightmare. In the last hour we learned that belgians foreign minister urging countries to Exchange Information more quickly and efficiently to better tackle extremists like the Islamic State group. Hundreds gather to celebrate the life of the american killed in the terror attacks. They held a vigil yesterday for 23yearold Nohemi Gonzalez at California State University long beach. Gonzalez was a senior studying abroad. She was shot to death in a restaurant in paris on friday night. Students call her a hard worker and role model. We all have to feel pain and we all have to live this moment the way we need to. But always, always remember. Nohemi wants us to be happy, successful and strong just the way she was. Her family says they still dont have all of the details around her death. Its going to take time to heal. Thats brian, born and raised in bucks county now a teacher in paris. He skyped with us. He lived down the street from one of the restaurants targeted. He says the people of paris arent letting the attacks keep them cooped up. He spent the weekend outside like many remembering those who lost their lives. Of course the attacks in paris are having a Ripple Effect on people and places across the world. Here at home large venues are increasing security. A live look at the facility in south philadelphia where the 76ers play tonight and the flyers tomorrow. And comcast says fans will need prepare for extra time to get in because of tighter security in place. That is certainly what fans ran into yesterday at the lincoln financial field as they waited in lines to get through the gates for the eagles game. Stepped up security including Additional Police and Homeland Security officials. This was part of an nfl wide directive in response to the paris attack which as you know included a suicide bomb at a soccer stadium. What they had to say making quick decisions to stay out of danger. Now to more breaking news were following out of philadelphias kensington neighborhood. Katy zachry got to f street and west more land, an officer shot a suspect. What can you tell us . Reporter not long ago we pulled up to this scene after Police Involved shooting. You can see the cruiser and evidence markers. I can tell that you the victim involved is right now in stable condition at Temple University hospital. Heres what were told happened. This morning there was a police chase with at least one suspect in this neighborhood. Police fired several shots at the suspect and hit him in the leg, were told again he is in stable condition. Now, they may be looking for several more people involved in this. Were still trying to get confirmation on that. The officers involved in this were not injured. This Police Cruiser here at the scene had several shell casings around it as well as a knife right outside the drivers side door. If we take it back out live you can see the evidence marker with the arrow pointing down, thats indicating where that weapon was found. Detectives im told have located several surveillance cameras in the area but were still waiting for word on whether there was tape in those cameras, and whether or not they have more information and more evidence as to what exactly took place here. This morning one man is dead and another on the run after police say they tried to rob a Philadelphia Housing Authority officer. Police tell nbc 10 the men walked up to the offduty officer and tried to rob him on west school house lane just before 7 00 last night when the officer shot one of the suspects several times. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The second suspect took off. The officer was not hurt. Thrown away like trash, thats how a neighbor described a pair of newborn babies found dead in a lot over the weekend. Two children found the babies in a pile of trash in the kensington section. The babies were cut open, one had a clamp attached to an umbilical cord. They say it appears someone performed an autopsy. They spoke to one of the children that made the discovery and his father who called police. Thats what we seen. We seen two babies, one of them still had the umbilical cord. Wondering wouldnt be here now. They have not determine who had the parents are or who may have performed the autopsy on the babies. They are looking for a black pickup truck that was spotted dumping trash near the scene. Chilly if you are out the door right now youll need a jacket. Septa will celebrate the opening of its first new station in 20 years with a ribbon cutting. Service at the 9th street station in lansdale began yesterday with an added stop in the doylestown line. All parking is free while the existing parking garage is under construction. Two zebras are back at the circus after escaping and running through the streets of west philadelphia. The circus says its investigating how the animals got loose yesterday afternoon. Video posted on social media showed them trotting down streets. Animal activists protesting the sur discuss say this is an example of why animals should not be used for entertainment.
