More updates when im back on the scene in the next ten minutes. A former School Employee in Montgomery County is facing charges after police say he sexually assaulted a student. Katy zachry is live outside the Upper Gwynedd Police department. Police say the student was assaulted multiple times. Tell us what you know. Reporter hes accused of hugging, kissing and fondling a 13yearold student. Take a look. This is 40yearold marcus forte. He worked at gwyneddmercy Academy Elementary school, a private school in spring house, Montgomery County. Thats where police said most of the alleged sex assault took place. The student would sit on his lap behind a closed door and kiss her neck. Police got ahold of this recent text conversation between the two. The victim saying, i want the apology for you touching me in places that i didnt need to be touched and that i didnt ask for. Forte responded im very sorry if i did that to you. The victim replied, if you did it . Because i know you did it. Forte said i know and im apologizing. Coming up in next hour, hear how police here in upper gwynedd township got forte to confess and than what he later told detectives about the alleged crime. Reporting live in upper gwynedd, katy zachry, nbc 10 news. A philadelphia man arrested for killing his girlfriend with a crossbow is now facing murder charges. The suspect is 40yearold paul kuzan. Police found the victim bleeding heavily in her neighbors doorway in northeast philadelphia sunday night. She later died at the hospital. Police tell us kuzan has a history of domestic violence. A Philadelphia Police officer is under arrest. Bristol Township Police arrested officer michael winkler. Investigators say he hired two contractors to do work at one of his properties and lured them there by promising them additional money. Instead, police say winkler demanded one of them give him all the money in his pockets. Authorities say winkler took about 38. Hes been suspended with intent to dismiss. We know where the juvenile lifers released will go when they walk out of prison. c this Community Center on 8th street will become the First Official halfway house. Theyll live in the house for six month to a year. One of the things that makes this so challenging, philadelphia has 300 juvenile lifers. Right . Mow many get out, what the time frame is, nobody knows. Well start with one and then well go from there. The first juvenile lifers could get out by fall. The releases are the result of Supreme Court action in january that juveniles cannot be sentenced to life without parole and that rule must be plied retroactively. 5 35. The republicanled House Committee investigating the 2012 benghazi tragedy will issue its final report. The companys probe into responsibility for those deaths required testimony from Hillary Clinton who was secretary of state at the time. The democrats on the committee released a report yesterday calling security measures in benghazi inadequate but not criticizing clinton for not denying requests for additional security. Now to decision 2016. Presumptive democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is getting a jolt of support. Its coming from elizabeth warren. Shes popular with progressives, many of whom supported clintons democratic rival, bernie sanders. Heres clintons reaction after the massachusetts senator took aim at donald trump. Speaking of donald trump, he plans to talk jobs and trade during a Campaign Stop in western pennsylvania today. The Presumptive Republican nominee will deliver an economic speech at an aluminum plan the at a city near pittsburgh. The mayor there, a democrat who voted for president obama twice invited trump. The mayor said hes frustrated by empty promises hes heard from establishment politicians. Recent polls show trump running close to Hillary Clinton in pennsylvania. Trump is bringing in more campaign crash. He raked in 3 million in one day last week after sending an email asking for donations. Millions of supporters responded by contributing a few dollars each. Trump is still being drastically outraised by Hillary Clinton. Former president ial candidate Mike Huckabee is paying a 25,000 settlement for Campaign Music that he had no right to use. The republican was sued for playing the song eye of the tiger at a rally last year for kim davis, the kentucky clerk who refused to issue samesex marriage licenses. Huckabee first argued that the rally was a religious one, so he could use the song free. He later claimed the event as a campaign expense. Despite a victory in the Supreme Court, abortion activists say if could take years for clinics shut down by restrictions in texas to reopen. The Supreme Court struck down the texas law on abortion clinics yesterday. The rules require doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. It forced clinics to meet c hospitallike standards for outpatient surgery. The Supreme Court called the restrictions medically unnecessary and unconstitutional. The Supreme Court decision is prompting action in pennsylvania. Of montgomery wants to appeal a 2011 law which requires abortion clinics to comply with safety regulations of outpatient surgical centers. He says the law is forcing women an their families into desperate, lifethreatening situations. Five of the states 24 abortion clinics closed after that law passed. Were not seeing any changes being called for in new jersey or delaware after yesterdays ruling. New jersey has minimal rules. All abortions have to be given by licensed physicians and be performed in a hospital or specialized facility. In delaware, lateterm abortions are not allowed. Tracy . University of delaware officials are looking at the possibility of moving up spring break a week to the week of st. Patricks day. New information about a proposed hike in new jerseys gas tax. Overnight, the state assembly passed a bill that raises the gas tax by 23 cents a gallon. The extra money would go to the Transportation Trust financed for road and bridge improvements. The measure also includes cutting the states sales tax. Governor Chris Christie supports the bill which now goes to the senate. Meantime, the 35 billion Budget Proposal is almost on the govern governors desk. Its been a rainy morning at the shore, cape may, new jersey has seen heavy downpours. A live view from the marquis de lafayette hotel. The rain is starting to lighten up. The skies have lightened up. The sun is up. Cloudy skies and showers will continue at the shore and a possibility of thunderstorms foc much of the rest of the area. Well warm into the 80s. Right now the temperatures are holding in the low 70s for the lehigh valley. Some light rain there, too. This is the region that will be watching for strong storms developing during the day, especially later this afternoon and into this evening.
