First on 10, Philadelphia Police and Counter Terrorism officials are on alert after someone stole dozens of industrial size propane tanks from two businesses in the city. Matt delucia is live at northeast detectives in mayfair. What do we know about this investigation . Reporter were talking about large tanks, and investigators want to know who took these and why. An alert was sent out to Law Enforcement agencies throughout the area after 43 tanks were stolen from two businesses. One on the 2300 block of Church Street and the other on pennypack street. This happened last week. Video quas able to capture a man loading the tanks in a dark minivan in one case. Here is why there is so much concern. As i mentioned the size of these tanks, more than half are described as being large enough that you need after forklift to move them. Propane tanks of this size are typically for industrial applications. Because these tanks and the gas are so flammable, that of course is raising more concern as to whether these are to be used for something more sinister. More of a Police Presence around the businesses in question as of late, and the Counter Terrorism unit were told is also looking into the case right now. Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Michael eakin is now suspended with pay for his part in a pornographic email scandal. A panel ordered the suspension one day after eakin apologized at a hearing, eakin will be off the job while an ethics court investigates him. He is one of several officials accused of exchanging lewd and offensive email. The scandal surfaced after Kathleen Kane released more than 1,000 of eakins emails.
