And youre looking at video, this is the sound of firecracker that sent people running. People there still in fear that more attacks may happen. While these memorials were going on French Police raided more than 150 locations overnight. The french also conducted air strikes in syria destroying a jihadi Training Camp and munitions dump in raqqa where they say the attacks were planned. As we mentioned a lot of new information this morning. Chief among them more details about the attackers, suspected mastermind, from belgian and there is this, one suicide bomber in the music hall friday night was a 28yearold frenchman charged in a terrorism investigation in 2012, then an attacker who blew himself up outside the soccer stadium fwound a syrian passport and finger precipitates match those of someone who passed through greece in october. The French International school of philadelphia held a stand with paris vigil last night. One third of the students at the school in Montgomery County come from french families. And the school obviously wanted to support those who cannot be in france with their loved ones. In the one way you would like to be there rather than here. But because we are a school and we have such an i want National Community and French Community here is a little bit of france. Some parents also told us that they want to make sure that its not business as usual as soon as their kids return to class. They want their children to have enough time to honor the victims. Yesterday the philadelphia orchestra began their concert with the performance of the French National anthem, they also performed the french song as a show of spofrmt you can count on nbc 10 for continuing coverage as we continue to get new information this morning. Well hear from three local College Students who had to act fast during the attacks to get to safety. Thrown away like trash. Thats how one neighbor described a pair of newborn babies found dead in a lot in philadelphia over the weekend. Two children found the babies in a pile of trash in the kensington section. Investigators say the babies were cut open and they say it appears someone performed an autopsy on them. Investigators havent determined who are the parents of the babies, how they got there. They are looking for a black pickup truck spotted dumping trash near the scene. Lawmakers will consider legalizing Recreational Marijuana at a hearing this morning. A committee will hear testimony from health professionals, Law Enforcement officials, and clergy members. Governor christie has said that he would block any attempt to legalize it. Medical marijuana is legal in new jersey and the state rules are some of the strictest in the country. An unsettling story out of massachusetts especially after what happened in paris. They captured cell phone video inside the stadium after the first explosion, then about 15 minute s later they heard the second blast. The students made it out of the stadium before it was locked down. They passed police and packed crowds and they told Jim Rosenfield who is in paris, they made decisions about how to get back to their apartment in the center of paris. We decided not to take the metro in fear that they would try and bomb the metro. And we walked an hour and 15 back to the apartment. How glad were you to be home 70. Really glad. We got in and we were very thankful to be locked up in our apartment. The millersville students say they intend to finish their semester abroad in paris motivated by the resolve of the french people to carry on. Matt will have that and more on the suspected mastermind. A number of weapons missing from a massachusetts armory are now the focus of an fbi investigation. Governor baker says the weapons are linked to a breakin on saturday night. He says the fbi and other state and local Law Enforcement agencies are aware. Fbi Officials Saying they are confident there is no indication the weapons are linked to terrorism. Some evidence response resources on scene as well as investigative capability nothing at this point that would tie this to any specific threat or anything else at this point. Officials say the armory is in a busy area and is surround bid a barbed wire fence. They are not releasing what type of weapons were stolen. Today, Opening Statements in the trial against Phillip Chism accused of killing his teacher two years ago. The 16yearold was found competent to stand trial following evaluation. He was 14 when investigators say he followed his High School Math teacher into a bathroom and strangled, raped and murdered her. Today local lawmakers will release the results of a study about plans to extend the broad street line south to the Philadelphia Navy yard. The survey is a partnership between pen dot and other agencies to determine the effect of this on ridership and growth in the navy yard. The yard is home to more than 11,000 employees and 143 companies, a lot of people have asked for the subway extension. The broad street line starts at the Fern Rock Center in north philadelphia, south along broad street and ends at the at t station near the Sports Complex on south philadelphia.
