One person was shot over a deadly night of riots over a Police Shooting that happened saturday night. Cars were set on fire and five separate shootings were reported overnight. On saturday a gas station and other businesses were set on fire by rioters. The Police Involved shooting of silvil smith sparked the riots. The officer was wearing a camera, police say he was holding a loaded gun. Well continue to follow this story and get more information on it. More than a dozen departure and arrival times are being changed as well. Even before the septa train problems, the Transportation System has been having trouble getting to the station on time, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report, they analyzed performance reports, found almost one in five Regional Rail trains were late in 2015, the worst record in a decade, according to that report.
