The Pennsylvania House could vote as early as today on a bill to legalize medical marijuana. The state Senate Passed it yesterday. The bill would make the drug available to patients who suffered from illnesses like cancer and chronic pane. Supporters hope the bill will be on the governors desk by the end of the week. Reporter we know this philadelphia fun is expected to be in court today. Shes had several court dates since her november arrest. Again, she is expected to be here today and were told that the case could be resolved. Its an Early Saturday Morning in november, watch as sister Kimberly Miller stumbles during a field sobriety test. At one point while talking to police it appears as though she could be treving, this as police retrieve a bottle of wine from her car. She backed into an auto repair shop, didnt stop to report the damage and instead kept on driving. Multiple 911 recallers reported a car driving erratically in the minutes before Police Stopped here near the black horse pike. Later in the morning miller gives police a breathalyzer. In the days after her arrest an online petition gained 500 signatures. Today, more than 2200 are there, all urging millers return to the classroom. The archdiocese placed miller on leave from her teaching post in the days after this video was made public. The archdiocese hasnt commented on that onlinepetition saying back in november after the arrest that what happened didnt involve students. Didnt happen at the school.
