Now there are concerns this morning as to what these tanks will be used for. 43 propane tanks were stolen from two philadelphia businesses at those locations you mentioned. This happened late last week. Surveillance video capture add man loading the tanks into a dark minivan. The concern is the size of these tarng tanks. Half you need a forklift. Propane is a flammable gas so that adds to the concern here of what this might be used for. There has been more of a Police Presence around those two businesses as of late and now the Counter Terrorism unit is involved in this investigation as well. Of course well follow what happens.
