Were watching things in bellmawr, new jersey where there is an overturned tractortrailer on the ramp from 42 northbound to 295 northbound with all lanes currentlying detoured to 76 here in jersey. So your best bet you can take the black horse pike to get there, no traffic around the surrounding back roads. As you can see no backup on the 42 freeway here, 42 northbound from 55 to the walt whitman bridge. Five minutes, no problems headed to philadelphia and the surrounding area bridges. When i come back another check on drive time and traffic for the Early Morning drive. 4 32. Right now French Police identified two more attackers from fridays deadly attacks. Weve learned that police raided about 150 different locations overnight, nbc 10s matt delucia, you got new information. We got this in a few minutes ago. Prosecutors say that one suicide bomber who blew himself up in the music hall on friday was a 28yearold frenchman charged in a terrorism investigation in 2012. He had been placed under judicial supervision but dropped off the radar and then he was the subject of an International Arrest warrant. Another suicide bomber, this one blew himself up outside the soccer stadium, he was found with a syrian passport with the name amad almohammed. The Prosecutors Office says finger prints match those of someone who passed through greece in october. New information, the french Prime Minister says there have been over 150 police raids overnight in france. France launched massive air strikes on a jihadi Training Camp and a munitions dump. All of this happening while the city of paris and the world mourns the death of those 129 people. And the memorials continue to grow. People there in the city say that it has been a very difficult weekend and a lot of folks are still on edge, fearing another attack. Maybe there is somebody with a gun or you just have to see. All confused. Very scary. Another thing now, european stock markets reopened and they have opened a little lower but the selloff is less than many analysts predicted in the wake of those attacks. In the next half hour im looking more into the manhunt for some others involved in this terrorism in paris. Ill have my eye on the new developments, im watching the feeds from paris as well. The French International school of philadelphia held a stand with paris vigil last night. One third of the students at this school in Montgomery County come from french families and the school really just wanted to support those who cannot be in france with their loved ones. In one way you would like to be there rather than here. But because we are a school and we have such an i want National Community and French Community here is a little bit of france. Some parents told us they just want to make sure its not business as usual as soon as the kids return to class. They want their children to have enough time to honor the victims. Yesterday the philadelphia orchestra began its conswert a performance of the French National anthem. They also performed a french song as a show of support for people in paris. Three students from Millersville University were inside the soccer stadium when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the stadium friday night. In minutes from now nbc 10s Jim Rosenfield has their story as he continues our reports from the terror in paris. In other news now, new jersey lawmakers will consider legalizing Recreational Marijuana at a hearing this morning, a committee will hear testimony from health professionals, Law Enforcement officials and clergy members about the prospect of making Recreational Marijuana legal. Governor Chris Christie said he would block any attempt to legalize it. The state rules are some of the strictest in the country. A missed opportunity. Thats the story for the eagles this morning after that onepoint loss to the miami dolphins. The birds blew a double digit lead. Miami took control in the Fourth Quarter with a lucky catch in the end zone and then this pick of a mark sanchez pass in the end zone to steal victory for the dolphins. Everything is moving along. Not the same in bellmawr, new jersey. An overturned tractortrailer to get to 295 northbound. So traffic headed to 295 northbound is diverted to 76. We know that the suspect was taken to temple hospital. We dont know the persons condition. At this point its not clear why the police were investigating this suspect. College students from our area were in harms way when the terror in paris began on friday night. It didnt seem right when the explosion went off, we could feel the shaking in our seats. It was frightening at first. These are students at Millersville University and talking to nbc 10s Jim Rosenfield about what they did after that suicide bomb went off. Theres a lot of information coming out of paris where its about 10 45 in the morning. In the wake of the deadly terror attacks on friday, about half an hour ago we know two more suicide bombers were identified, one from syria, one from france. The one from france was facing terror charges from 2012. Overnight police carried out 150 raids making several arrest, seizing material. Also this morning there are a lot of people watching this european stocks opened lower but not as low as many were predicting. Families from this area are really counting blessings as they found out their loved ones survived. Jim spoke to students from our area caught in the bombing outside the french soccer stadium. Reporter so many young lives lost, many others deeply impacted by the terror attacks. For three Young AmericanCollege Students from our area studying abroad here, quick thinking at the soccer stadium kept them out of danger. For these three Millersville University juniors, it began as a light hearted outing to see france play germany. Then the first of two unsettling sounds outside the stadium. It just didnt seem right. When the explosion went off like we could feel the shaking in our seats. It was frightening at first. Then everyone just seemed to go about the game. Reporter they captured this cell phone video of the game continuing on. Then we about 15, 20 minutes later we heard a second one. Thats when we knew something wasnt right. With no announcements and unable to understand french they were unsure what was wrong. At first. My family had visited me so they had just gotten back and they started seeing that stuff was happening so they were texting and saw on twitter other stuff was happening. We decided to get out. Reporter they made it out before the stadium was locked down passing police and making decisions about how to get back to their apartment in the center of paris. We decided not to take the metro in fear they would try and bomb the metro. And we walked an hour and 15 back to the apartment. Reporter how glad were you to be home . Really glad. We got in and we were thankful to be locked up in our apartment. Reporter left to contemplate the evil that took dozens of lives here. Its confusing how someone can have that much hate in them that they just would want to walk into a public place like that and end so many innocent peoples lives. Just because they dont like the way they live. Parents ask you to come home . It was talked about at first. But my parents are starting to understanding that things are fine and all you can do really now is just pray. Reporter all three say they will finish the semester here k. A special mass was set at notre dame cathedral, the famous cathedral was closed to tourists, open to churchgoer wishing to attend services there. Back in philadelphia in Center City Yesterday parishioners at the basilica of saints peter and paul prayed for all affected by the attacks. The rector there compared the attacks to 9 11. A bunch of weapons missing from an armory in massachusetts is now the focus of an fbi investigation. Governor baker says those weapons are linked to a breakin at the armory saturday night. The fbi and other agencies are aware of the situation. Fbi Officials Say there is no indication that the weapons are linked to terrorism. Some response, resources on scene as well as investigative capability. Nothing at this point that would tie this to you know, any specific threat or anything else at this point. Officials say the armory is in a busy area and is surround bid barbed wire fence. They are not releasing what kind of weapons were stolen. The National Weather service will be in Northern California today to check out the damage from this apparent twister. Look at this video. It touched down yesterday afternoon and knocked out power for hundreds in the area. Some houses damaged. The unusual weather comes at a time that Northern California experienced a storm system, a snowstorm for the third consecutive weekend. How about this study. It comes to tipping, a new survey finds that young people are the most generous. Thats true. Even when the service isnt that great. Happening today as we get closer to the start of winter, philadelphias fire commissioner is getting the word out about the new Carbon Monoxide law. This is what it says. Every home should have one but now owners of buildings with more than two Housing Units in the city are required to install and maintain devices. Carbon monoxide is often called the invisible killer. Its a poisonous gas that is colorless. The risk of higher co levels goes up. Were going to wake up, its going to be very cold out and 7 going to turn the heater on. And didnt have the heater checked first. What we recommend is while the weathers still nice get your heater checked now so when you turn it on, you know that its working properly. Today local lawmakers will release the results of a planning study to extend the broad street line to the Philadelphia Navy yard. The survey was a partnership between agencies trying to determine the effects that this extension jould on septas ridership and Economic Growth in the navy yard. Workers who commute to the yard also took part in a Confidential Survey to voice their comments or concerns about the project. The navy yard is home to more than 11,000 employees and 143 companies which is why they are considering extending the line. Right now the broad street line starts at the Fern Rock Transportation Center in north philadelphia and then moves south along broad street, here is a map, it ends at the at t station near the Sports Complex in south philadelphia. Right there. Officials are hoping to extend the line and well see that here animated, another mile and a half to one or two stations in the navy yard if they decide to build those. Well keep you posted. You know earlier this fall we were part of the alarm being sounded about a possible shortage of turkeys. Producers say no shortage, you might have to pay a little more. More than 7 million turkeys were lost to bird flu. Officials say that only impacted a small percentage of the overall population. They also say most of the frozen turkeys that you buy for thanksgiving, they were already frozen and stored back in march before the flu broke out. While it was significant for the individual producers, it affected only 3 of the population of turkeys nation wide. When the turkey comes from the farm its taken to be packaged, its readied, sealed up and it is then instantly flash frozen down to zero degrees.
