A group of families delivered a report on the situation to the department of Human Services in center city. They say children as young as two weeks old are held at the facility near reading. They called the center a prison, claim the facility is violating its license and even say a teenager was raped there. Labeler violations where they pay women a dollar a day to clean. And weve also seen medical neglect of women and children. A representative for the Detention Center says the employee accused of Sexual Assault is on add mip straytive leave and the center is working with local police in the investigation. Maybe midway up. You see theres a lot of smoke and also flames have now reached this portion on the ground. I cant tell if that i cant tell if that is construction or a trash fire. But they are hosing that area down and also the area of this large high rise building. You see the firefighters flashlight inside as they search. I believe being on scene now the fire is in two places. The building and on the ground here. The ground portion thats under construction and then the building which apparently does have occupants. I can see air conditioning units on what is that, maybe fifth or sixth floors.
