The officer was in his personal car when it was hit by a bullet near ninth and tilmon street in chester. The officer was not hurt. Also new at 6 00, four people were taken to a hospital after a fire broke out at an Apartment Building. It happened at the sycamore bridge Apartment Building in stockton.
