Angstadt was last seen two days after thanksgiving, her family reported her missing that monday, two weeks ago. But it was this monday that investigators shifted their focus to this vacant home. Recommendation for them to start thinking of what they could do with their children if this does happen. Philadelphia schools do have to close, about 130,000 students would be sent home. The fight to get a new teacher contract in allentown is over.
