Tonight only on nbc 10 weve obtained this dash cam video of the nun pulled over in Gloucester County last week. The nun is asked to do a sobriety test, even walk a Straight Line right there. South Jersey Bureau reporter cydney long reports on the video youll see only on nbc 10. Reporter allegedly highly intoxicated, sister Kimberly Miller loses her balance during a field sobriety test saturday morning and then tries again. The stop came after drivers witnessed miller crash into the glass door of this meineke shop. Great, we got robbed. Reporter but Police Believe miller sped away moments before being pulled over. Watch as she appears to put her head in her hands as though she is praying. The people who put the post on facebook and followed her and alerted police, they almost got in an accident with her. That was a concern. They said they werent the only ones, she was all over the road. Reporter watch as the taller detective appears to carry a bottle of wine from millers car, setting it on the pavement. Miller, who is a role model and well loved nun and teacher put her hand on her heart as she is taken into custody. She can later be seen in handcuffs blowing into the breathalyzer machine. The reading is a. 16. In the state of new jersey the legal limit is. 08, and that would be twice the legal limit. If she does it at 3 00 in the morning, whats it to stop them doing it at 2 00 in the afternoon . Reporter a petition miller keeps her job, supporters writing in part, her love and wisdom has helped so many young women through high school. Dont let all the positives be overshadowed by this. I hope she gets the help she needs. Im assuming this isnt the first time shes done that, but i cant judge her. Reporter now on wednesday we do know that the philadelphia Archdiocese Office of Catholic Education placed miller on administrative leave pending the outcome of this investigation. A White House Secret Service officer busted for sexting a teenager in delaware did not show up to court this morning. Lee moore waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He asked the teenager to meet him in dover for sex. He was actually talking with detectives in delaware. Moore worked at the white house and watched over checkpoints. Its a story youll see only on nbc 10, a bucks county man takes a cell phone to a store to get it fixed. That led to not one, but two arrests. Police say first he was busted for child porn possession and a deeper look into his phone uncovered more crimes. Deanna durante is live in bucks county with the story for us. Deanna . Reporter police tonight are crediting a worker inside that Cell Phone Repair store and they typed up this criminal complaint when the man was arrested this week. The details in it much too graphic for tv but tonight police are asking for your help. They want to know more about this 27yearold suspect. Police are not saying when the Sexual Activity happened, but they do say it was inside this house and they say this man, samuel kaye, brought a child here for sex and they say she may not be his only victim. It almost seems as if he was targeting juveniles. Reporter his first arrest happened in september. Police say he brought his iphone to the store to be fixed when a worker discovered child pornography. Kudos to the Cell Phone Store and the technician, because without his assistance in notifying the police department, in reference to this crime, we would have never known. Reporter kaye was released on bail, but police still had his phone. Tullytown officers, along with investigators and detectives jointly retrieved information from that phone. We did a forensic exam on the phone, as well as computers and determined there was other victims that he was having sexual contact with, juveniles. Reporter police say the forensic exam on the phone uncovered chats through apps with underaged girls including one where a girl texted, you know im 14 right and his reply, ya, so. Police say he didnt just chat with the girls but wanted to meet them. They discovered one victim kaye had an ongoing sexual relationship with for nearly two years. Tonight they want to know more about kaye. Who he was, who he was contacting, if theres further victims out there that police dont know about, and so on and so forth. New at 6 00, two people are found dead inside an apartment complex this afternoon in cumberland county. Police officers are still on the scene on walnut street and vineland and were working to find out more information about these deaths. Two 17 year olds are behind bars and charged in the shooting death of a 16 year old while he was riding his bike. Investigators say the two ambushed celine west and a friend on november 1st. Celine and his friend were riding their bikes. Detectives say the teenaged suspects unloaded more than a dozen shots, one of them struck celine in the back. He played, he had jokes, he was a good boy. He didnt deserve to be killed. Police say the shooting is the result of an ongoing dispute between two groups of teenagers in the neighborhood. The 17 year olds will be charged as adults. A health scare in the Montgomery CountySchool System to tell you about. A student came down with a confirmed case of bacterial meningitis. The district will not reveal which school the student attends and says theres no threat to other students and its an isolated case. A windy friday night in the delaware valley. Up to 59 degrees today, but already down to 54 and down to 47 in lancaster, 48 in reading. So its dropping pretty quickly. 47 in millville, but at least the wind is dropping, still gusting to 26 miles an hour in allentown. You combine that with the temperature thats dropping into the 30s and weve got a wind chill here if youre staying out late tonight, the wind chill will be dropping to near the freezing mark in areas north and west. And by tomorrow morning, to the freezing mark and below, even in philadelphia and some places into the 20s. Theres the wind chill 28 in doylestown in the morning. How much colder its going to get than that and when its going to warm up with the seven day in a few minutes. Uber black drivers teaming up with cab drivers to protest the lower end uber x service, along with lyft. An allentown mother is now charged with Involuntary Manslaughter in the death of her 8yearold son. Ashleigh buskirk is accused of not getting her diabetic son the proper care in january after two days of being ill the boy died. A doctor testified proper treatment for juvenile diabetes could have saved his life. Today detectives arrested that mother. Six minutes, thats how quickly a jury came back with the guilty verdict for the man accused of killing his stepdaughter and sexually abusing her corpse. A jury convicted gregory graf of firstdegree murder. The judge immediately sentenced graf to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Jerry sandusky sits in a jail cell, but tonight he will start collecting his pension once again. Today a court panel ruled the retirement board was wrong when it rules sandusky was a penn state employee when he committed the crimes. The state revoked his pension three years ago. Sandusky collected a 148,000 lump sum payment when he retired back in 1999. He then received almost 5,000 a month. Sandusky is serving at least 30 years in prison for sexually abusing ten children. He plans to appeal the conviction. Philadelphia is reviewing an executive order that limited the citys cooperation with federal immigration officials. Tonight possible changes to that order arent sitting well with immigrant groups or the mayorelect. Mayor Michael Nutter tells us because the federal government made changes to its own program, hes taking another look at the citys policy. Whats on the table is alerting the feds when the city has someone in custody who meets certain criteria. Now a resort is trying to turn a longtime eyesore into an attractive piece of water front property. Wildwood is in the process of sealing a 26acre dump along susquehanna avenue. The landfill hasnt been used in well over 30 years. City leaders say after its cleaned up, the prime piece of real estate could be used for a marina, water front homes, restaurants, or other businesses. The enormous rate for the city taxpayer and anything you do to offset taxes is good for all of us. Will bring up the property value, more people will be encouraged to build. It could take a year to completely cap the site. In the meantime, city leaders want to hear from developers. Traffic trouble next week down the jersey shore. The margate bridge and causeway, drivers cant get through between gifford marine and the toll plaza. The reason, crews are working on the east bulk head of that bridge. And here in philadelphia, confusion for drivers, anyone walking the street, too. Theres a new traffic pattern on the ben franklin parkway. Nbc 10s George Spencer joins us live from center city. A lot of us have been stuck in confusion and this particular phase of the work is really complicated. Reporter it is, jacqueline, almost like rebuilding an airplane in flight for penn dot. Keeping this roadway open as they do this major repair work. Drivers accustomed to a long straight shot here on the parkway now have to zig and zag through this area for at least the next year. These electronic signs flash warnings and orange markers highlight the traffic pattern changes, but this cell phone video shows drivers still confused. Three cars right in a row crossing over the double yellow line into oncoming traffic lanes. Keith works nearby and recorded the video on his cell phone. More than 23,000 vehicles travel the parkway each day, but the changes also impact pedestrians leaving some just as confused as the drivers. Reporter the construction here is one part of a larger penndot project. The 65 million repair of seven structurally deficient bridges across the vine street expressway, which runs directly underneath this stretch of the parkway. If youre driving on 20th street or the parkway, you dont realize youre traveling over a bridge. You certainly are, and this is really the most complicated bridge thats being replaced. Reporter complicated because this was a complicated intersection even before the repair work began. Penndot has adjusted the Traffic Signals nearby and is aware of the lane confusion for some drivers, but pedestrians it seems are already adjusting to the shift. Overall, these bridge repairs, all seven of them across the vine street expressway will take a while to complete. About four years were being told. Yeah, those pedestrians are going to need a little heavier coat starting tonight, because weve got some cold air moving in, and gusty winds on top of that, giving it a feel like a wind chill for the first time this season. Chilly weekend, at least through sunday morning, and then the warmth returns. Next week is going to be a good bit warmer than this weekend, thats for sure. Well, we have mostly clear skies now, its 54 degrees in philadelphia, the winds west at 12 miles an hour. Its been dropping since we had that high of 59. Its now into the 40s in areas to the north and west, where, again, we were well into the 50s, so the colder air is coming in, at least the wind is not as strong as it was a couple of hours ago, but it will pick up again tomorrow when the sun comes out. The wind direction out of the west and northwest, bringing in the colder air, now down to 10 to 15 miles an hour in many areas, but allentowns got a sustained wind of 21 miles an hour now. That makes it feel even colder. For the eagles game on sunday, not as cold and not as windy as what were going to see tomorrow. Temperatures fairly close to average, maybe a touch above average. Little bit of wind, ten to 20 miles an hour or so. Overall thats pretty good for november Football Game in philadelphia. We have the west winds here and so that means that those lake effect showers and snow flurries are moving straight along the pennsylvania new york border, at least for now, and the snow thats in the great lakes is not really coming this way. The future cast shows most of that just falling apart over the next few hours and so we dont have to deal with any kind of precipitation. Its just the cold. And so the wind chills go down below the freezing mark as we head toward the midnight hour and into the 20s overnight, as you saw some 20s in allentown there by morning. And even near freezing in philadelphia area. And tomorrow during the day, even in the afternoon its going to feel like its in the 30s in many parts of the area. Tonight, lowest wind chill is 25 to 32. Thats by day break tomorrow. 37 degrees for the low temperature. And tomorrow, its going to be kind of windy. Not quite as windy as today.
