The district says it hopes to spend a billion dollars on School Improvements over the next five years. Delawares new governor says he wants to give wilmingtons youth the keys to success. They met to talk about what needs to change to keep kids safe and make sure they succeed. It follows a report from the cdc about youth violence. For the governor, its personal.
