Philadelphia police have identified the officer who shot a woman accused of trying to run him over in kensington last week. Police say officer omalley shot erica avila in the hand after she tried to run him over last week. Police say after being shot, avila drove off, crashing into a police van. Pierce, florida was deliberately set and probably by the person seen in this security video running from the mosque moments after the blaze breaks out. Reporter the fire that caused heavy damage to the inside of the mosque occurred after midnight sunday and after the suspected arsonist approached the building on a motorcycle, then entered with something suspicious in his hands.
