Sunday, police receives complaints from residents about a number of drives driving recklessly on dirt bikes. Both fires are burning in the area of monroe county, and the smaller fire burned over the weekend, and they charred over 5 hr 00 acres and one town forced to evacuate. Reporter in raleigh, North Carolina, protesters greeted returning lawmakers with chants and petitions. More than 180,000 signatures, they say, calling for house bill 2, the states socalled bathroom law, to be overturned. It is an attempt to pit supposedly christian values against our familys best interests and highest morality. Reporter they passed the bill in special session last month, forcing transgendered people to use the sex listed on their birth certificate, and many corporations blasted the law. This will continue and more entertainment leaders will boycott this until hb2 has been repealed. Reporter democrats already filed a bill to overturn the law. I believe that we will have more than democratic support for this bill if it was begin a vote in committee or on the floor. Reporter groups which support the law also rallied at the capitol monday urging lawmakers to stand strong against mounting pressure. College tuition has never been more expensive, doubling in three decades, even after adjusting for inflation. Thats left the typical College Student owing around 27,000 in loans. It took me a really long tired to say im sick and tired of being sick and tired. Not running until she turned 50, and a year later, ran her first broad street run. We call ourselves the limping ladies. Reporter with support, she started to run, and then even more motivation. Since i had this weight loss journey, december of 14, i had weight loss surgery, losing over a hundred pounds, and so i decided to tackle this beast. And try to run broad street again. Her journey included a complete makeover. She was a lucky winner in a social Media Contest for Independence Blue Cross and philadelphia magazine. When they first told me i won the contest, this makeover, i thought it was a scam, and it was too good to be true. Reporter it was no joke. Rhonda received a personal dietitian, trainer, hair and makeup makeover and new wardrobe. It was fabulous. First day i had her, she was on the treadmill, and she was almost, oh, i cant run that fast. She was able to talk, complain while running faster than shes gone before. My favorite memory of the first race was because im slow, all my friends waited for me at the finish line and really cheered me on, and i had tears running down my face and tried my best to smile when the photographer took the picture, but im sure i was crying.
