A 13yearold girl was grab bed and assaulted by boys not much older than her. 13 to 16 thats usually over there. Reporter it happened as the girl walked down the street just before 5 00 sunday. Sometimes nowadays you cant be safe around here. Reporter detectives arent saying, if any, Surveillance Video sift or would prove helpful. Half block off market street. Theres a black window opened up there so they could have been climbing through the window. Reporter its unclear how the girl might have been coaxed or dragged by the boys and how she finally managed to get help. She remains in stable condition at the hospital. But cosbys attorney say that testimony is irrelevant. Prosecutors say some of the most valuable evidence in this case may come from bill cosby himself. Those documents are sealed but prosecutors want the jury to see what andrea was given for her silence when she accused cosby of sexually assaulting her in his home in 2004. So we have some heavy rain mainly from midnight till 4 00 a. M. So the timing helps us out because that will cause that system to weaken somewhat during the middle of the night rather than at this time of the day it is at its peak. 70s on tuesday and maybe even wednesday, but stronger thunderstorms coming on thursday. The first radar blips coming just west of reading now. Thats a big area of rain. Even some thunderstorms down to the south and thats just part of this gigantic system. As we go through the evening, look what happens by midnight. Its mild but weve got some heavy rain, maybe even thunderstorms as early as midnight, three in the morning, may be the peak of this thing. So you combine sunshine and were in the 70s tomorrow and if we get enough sunshine and get in between the showers, were going to go way up in the 70s but we could also see some scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon before we dry out again tomorrow night. How much rain . Well, this is one particular computer model. By tomorrow morning, thats a pretty good amount of rain falling in the middle of the night so there could be some ponding on roads first thing in the morning and with the afternoon storms, that adds to the total and again some more localized flooding but thats nothing compared to the storm thats coming in effecting us on thursday. Weve been below average but it looks like this, this storm may put us above and what comes later in the week is going to be actually very messy for your thursday. Were going to look out to the west. The same upper level low is out there churning around. Watch what happened. This turns into a monster snowstorm for parts of the midwest and great lakes region. Then it approaches us on thursday, leaving snow on the backside, bringing us the potential for strong, maybe even severe storms on thursday. Thats the day that we have to keep an eye to the sky. Later on during the day, we see a couple of thunderstorms move through, most places not seeing it but everybodys getting a west wind and some pretty, pretty gusty winds and warm, warm weather. This is a different computer model predicting way less than an inch of rain between tonight and tomorrow, so thats why only some localized flooding is expected. Can be a different story thursday and meteorologist tammie souzza has more on that. Two things were lucky for, no Severe Weather here and no snow. Look at this storm system as it approaches thursday. Its going to dump heavy snow across the upper midwest, the great lakes, all the way back to chicago. No snow for us but we could deal with some very strong, perhaps even severe storms on thursday. Too early to tell. I can tell you the Storm Prediction Center is keeping an eye on this. As we get into thursday, were going to see some of these returns with stronger storms approaching the metro and in this area of low pressure moves in thursday night and it brings rain on friday. We want to show you the scene down here where scene have been placing down evidence markers. One of those victims was shot multiple times including twice to his head. There are a lot of Police Department leaders down here. This is an intense investigation. We saw them looking for some of that evidence as well as searching around this property which is a Public Housing property. The director of Public Safety for philadelphia Public Housing is also down here on the scene. So far there have been no arrests. They have not found the gun. Motive is unclear but that is a large scene, a lot of attention down here as well because there are four people shot multiple times. I want to tell you about the surviving victims.
