Reporter weve been watching this average as homicide detectives have been going door to door in this neighborhood looking for new Surveillance Video and other clues that might offer fresh details, we know it is another employee who was also working in the basement kitchen of this restaurant last night who is now at the center of this investigation. A sign posted on the front door late this morning says the cafe is closed for renovations. And police are searching for this person of interest who goes by the name noel, just the day after the murder of a restaurant cook as five customers ate dinner upstairs. I saw it yesterday. This slaed a neighbor of the 54yearold victim who lived here in south philly, identified by police today as thung win killed in the kitchen where she spent long days. She is a beautiful person. Thats what im trying to explain. A beautiful person. It appears there was a violent struggle. There is a lot of blood next to her body, there is some overturned kitchen equipment. Reporter philly police tell us officers were flagged down by employees shortly after 9 00 last night, win had been in the basement preparing food with this 25 to 30yearold person of interest, but when an order never came up the owner went to the basement to check. He found the aftermath of that struggle and wins body. Witnesses say the employee noel was nowhere to be found. Harry kauffman stumbled upon the scene. I walked over and talked to somebody that was waiting to talk to one of the Police Officers, i asked him what was happening, and he said one of the workers here or the chef was brutally killed. Reporter Police Confirm nothing appears to have been stolen from the restaurant and the customers and employees inside here at the time, appear to have heard nothing as the crime unfolded. Aside from that photograph and first name Philadelphia Police really do not have a lot to go on on this person of interest. They do believe he drives a white suv. Now to news in Chester County where three High School Seniors are charged with sexually assaulting a freshman violating him with a broom stick. According to prosecutors it happened on no gay thursday as the Football Team called it. The students all played on the team together. Deanna is there this afternoon with more on the allegations against these teens. Reporter the School District tonight is not talking to us about the hazing allegations, or statements made by the Chester CountyDistrict Attorney in which he says that the hazing happened right under the noses of the coaching staff. The freshman might be ordered, the sophomores might be ordered to strip down, to their underwear. And clean the locker room. They also had a tradition of on no gay thursday doing what they call blessing each other. Where they would use their hands to smack another kid on their back side or on their back. The District Attorney says it was on what students called no gay thursday back in october when three Football Players held a student down and violated him with a broom handle. Investigators say the term was widely used among student athletes on thursdays when they hatzed other studentings. We had some younger smaller kids who told us that they just avoided that locker room at ault costs on thursday. They knew enough not to go in there. There was nothing but trouble. We had other reports that some kids simply stopped playing football. The players involved have now been charged with a crime as juveniles, hogan says the investigation into what happened to that boy revealed a hazing culture that goes back for years. Cape may saw 6 1 2 inches, different now than what we saw early this morning. A lot of melting going on. Milford saw 4 1 2, salem and new jersey, 3 inches and this is the reason why we expect refreezing tonight. The puddles on the roadways from the melted snow, if they have not dried up well see those refreeze tonight. Right now were still well above freezing. 40 in philadelphia. Colder temperatures along the shore which is very different than what we have north and west through the lehigh valley. But it could provide us with some showers early sunday, not all day. Heres future weather going overnight and into tomorrow morning. It gets colder in the 20s, but we do stay dry. Well, the snow is really coming down in parts of the jersey shore this morning, nbc 10 in upper township Cape May County where people did their best to clear the sidewalks but this was kind of that wet slushy snow falling. So in some cases it can be heavier when you try to clear it. But the snow is gone across the area. Whats left from it, though, will give us an ice threat tonight. Temperatures will be dropping below freezing, so any wet spots, puddles or leftover slush, thats going to be refreezing as we go through tonight. Be careful with that. Then into the weekend another chance of rain and snow showers early sunday morning, so ill show you that. Nice warmup come ug, well be in the 70s next week, big difference from this morning. As far as snow totals in pennsylvania, this morning were looking at wayne now, 1. 2 inches, blue bell only an inch, so we saw less than two inches north and west of philadelphia. Not much snow but in new jersey and delaware thats where we saw the most, at least several inches there. Were in the upper 30s through the lehigh valley. 40 philadelphia, 3 sx in millville, 34 Atlantic City. So colder where we had more snow cover this morning and where were starting to see a lot of that snow melting and leaving the area. So, the storm system is way offshore now. Its going to stay away, we have another one were watching, this one approaching the great lakes, its a small clipper system, but its going to move through as we go overnight saturday into very early sunday. So sunday morning, thats going to be the time to watch for any of these rain and snow showers. Here is a look at future weather going through tonight. We stay dry. Tomorrow morning were below freezing, so again, the icing threat is going to be in the forecast, this is 8 00 in the morning, take a look at the 20s and low 30s south of new jersey and delaware. These numbers will be allowing what we saw today to be refreezing through the overnight hours. Then we go into saturday afternoon and saturday night. Here you see snow showers trying to develop. Now were looking at sunday, 7 00 a. M. This is a small clipper system i showed you. So we could see snow north and west of philadelphia. Not really amounting to much as of now it looks like less than an inch. We could see rain snow mix across philadelphia with rain farther to the south and then we really start to dry up more as we go through the afternoon. So, for tonight, low temperatures, like i was mentioning, below freezing, the icing threat will be there. Then we go back to the weekend, you see the rain and snow moving in, then were looking at a big warmup. Look at this air coming in from the south. Were looking at monday through wednesday nouf with 70degree temperatures returning as we go into wednesday. So it is definitely going to be feeling like spring as we go into next week. Invest nice change from this week. Mostly clear and cold, 28 for the low in philadelphia. 22 Degrees North and west, so if you have the late night plans, make sure you grab the heavier jacket.
