Heres the deal, we have a frontal boundary sliding down from the northwest. Its associated to a low pressure system. The coastal system will intensify as it approaches new england, but the deal is locally, were feeling the effects in the sense that wind advisory has already been issued for pennsylvania. We include philadelphia county, montgomery county, chester, delaware county, starting at midnight until 6 00 p. M. , everybody here in this light brown. We also have a high wind warning issue starting at midnight until 6 00 p. M. On monday. This includes all of new jersey and all of delaware. The deal is we had that cold front and we also have that intensifying low, so what happens is we to want kind of achieve some kind of balance in the atmosphere so those winds kick up in order to do so. Were going to start off hour by hour, wind gusts starting at midnight when the wind advisory take into effect. Were seeing an increase here of certainly lower for redding, potstown, allentown, and philadelphia. Stronger wind gusts for Atlantic City, millville and dover as we get this going, pause at 3 00 a. M. , the wind gusts will start to pick up a little bit of a westerly push here. And then by early tomorrow morning at 6 00 a. M. , youre seeing wind gusts ranging anywhere between 40 and 45 Miles Per Hour, but, denise, they are going to get stronger than this. Police are evacuating an entire town because one of the largest dams in the skrnt in dangerous of collapsing. Residents of orville, a town of 16,000 people should head north towards chi co. The orville dam is 75 miles north of sacramento. Water started flowing over the emergency spillway yesterday for the first time in its nearly 50 year history after heavy rainfall. Emergency spillway could fail unleashing uncontrolled flood waters from lake orville. Tonight, four people are in the hospital in north philadelphia after police say they suffered from possible Carbon Monoxide poisoning. It happened at two homes near the corner of 12 and west Williams Street just after 2 30 this afternoon. Firefighters broke into one of the homes to rescue two of the victims. Neighbors got the green light to go back inside their home a short time later. And new at 11 00, firefighters in Atlantic City got more than they expected after going into this home to put out a fire early this morning. Police say the house is abandoned, but crews found needles scattered all over the floor, and there were drugs in every room of the home. One firefighter suffered from burns, but investigators say it was minor. The fire was quickly put out, no word yet on a cause. Simply because we have a cold front sweeping on down from the northwest. And we also have a coastal system thats developing pretty much hanging around the coast of new england, but it is Strong Enough and intensifying enough to bring that cold front down just enough to cause some damage. Right now, we are seeing wind damage reports also some downed trees, you can notice here, heres one of your icons just to the west of us here, locally, we have storm cells headed in our direction. So approximately 11 40 p. M. East nottingham, may see activity moving through just after midnight for you. So keep in mind, this system and these storm cells will be tracking from the northwest towards the southeast. And id like to emphasize this because look at all of the wind damage that were already seeing. And these storm cells just got here. A wider perspective, heres why, you can actually see the frontal boundary sweeping on down and just offshore you can see the center of that low pressure system rotating. Thats my best day when a family has been told, you have a cyst on the brain, and i look at it, and i say, the brain is totally normal. Last year i had a patient who was sent for a possible neck mass. And it was just a baby with a lot of body hair. So you can imagine that the mom was ecstatic. Reporter you can feel her passion. Her colleagues say quite simply she can see what others cant. And wind advisory has been issued for parts of the areas north and west of philadelphia county. Concerns include power outage, downed trees, and flying debris. Here is your Severe Thunderstorm Warning, it has been issued until midnight. I want to express to you that these storm cells are moving quickly. Your cold front is sliding down from the northwest, your associated low is offshore. Right now we can see some damage reports already being reported and heres the timing as they continue to work through the northwest towards the southeast. So here is the deal, we have a frontal boundary sliding down, the winds are starting to pick up quite a bit. Wilmington, looks like youll see action just after midnight. Glass bro, just after 1 00 a. M. , vineland, approximately 1 23 a. M. And cape may, right around 2 00 a. M. Youre going to see an increase in the wind speeds and possibly some wind damage. So a already getting some wind reports, wind damage reports that is. Now, the center of the low pressure system is hanging off the coast of new england and that cold front is sliding down. The two ingredients together of course will allow all of this to take place. This is where can why were seeing an increase in the wind speeds and wind gusts. Again, i cant emphasize enough, already seeing wind damage reports and some downed trees as well. High wind warning has been issued starting at midnight.
