Today, a judge ordered him to stand trial in a Sexual Assault case. Cosby is accused of drugging and violating a woman who worked for Temple University and todays hearing made national headlines. What really happened between bill cosby and his Accuser Andrea Constand at kocosby in 2004 . That was the focus. The test saying it was one night of a consensual sexual relationship, the prosecution doe rowing in on her call to police, how she was paralyzed, couldnt speak and before she knew it, cosby had put her hands up her shirt, down her pants and placed her hands on him. Point of this is that it was intoxicating to her and that she was unable to consent. Reporter in new information from cosbys deposition, he talked about quaaludes and says he offered them to andrea which she took after examining them because she was talking about stress. In a Statement Read in court constand says he urged her to take the pills to help her take the edge off. Cosby said he did not ask for consent that night but she didnt tell him to stop. Hes 1 of 11 fatalities since the beginning of 2015. Last in the house just in tears, i said no, its jamal, its my son thats gone, im never going to see him again. Reporter the nbc 10 investigators got records for every philly bike crash since 2014, more than 1,500 of them. We discovered crashes spread across the city, most happening in the afternoon and evening hours and we found a clear pattern. Starting in june, crashes spiked to a Monthly Average of more than 80, nearly 3 a day. That spike continues through summer, peaking in september with an average of 95 crashes. We found locations patterns, too. Broad street shows up more often than any other street. 76 crashes in just 2 1 2 years of reports. Spruce street was a close second. 63 crashes. Even with its painted bike lane. Sarah clarkstewart head of the Bicycle Coalition of greater philadelphia is now focused on one leading cause. Especially for the crashes that turn deadly. Speeding is what causes a third of the fatalities in philadelphia. Reporter speeding is the real issue. Its one of the most important issues. Speeds a factor in every crash. Every crash we investigate, whether auto versus auto, auto versus bicycle, speed is always a major factor, something we look into. Reporter the head of philly pds accident investigations agrees that speeding is one of the most common crash concerns. Cycling advocates are now pushing pennsylvania legislators on a plan to improve safety by targeting speeding drivers. They want to extend the red light camera program, add photos, speed enforcement, and allow local police to use radar. Not about safety at all, its about the money. Reporter larry of the National Motorist association insists philly drivers would y pay. His group is lobbying against the measures saying the Technology Tickets even drivers who try to follow the rules. Hitting them with 100 fines. He believes giving local police speed radar would distract them from more dangerous problems like aggressesive driving or tailgating.
