Breaking news. A gunman kills one and injured two others on a college campus. Police are searching near Sacramento City college. One of the victims is a student. Its unclear which victim. Officers say the shooting began with an argument. The campus was locked down for two hours before police gave the all clear. They believe the gunman left campus. A brand new fbi report says theres no specific threat to the papal visit. The government agents say the event is an attractive target to criminals and terrorists. This comes as we have learned about two papal parades that will be happening through philadelphia. The first will be saturday, september 26. The hope will travel through center city. The longer parade on saturday will start there at the art museum, move down the parkway here, wrap around city hall and then go back. The ben franklin parkway remains the best place in the United States to see pope francis. The neighbor says the behavior has happened at least eight times around her. Philadelphias District Attorney left the courthouse to hit the streets tonight. A congressmans private emails are not protected from federal investigators. Thats the decision from a panel of judges. Fattah tried to claim congressional privilege. Investigators can now look through seven years of fattahs personal account. He used it for work. Its something congressmen are permitted to do. They did agree with who can read them. It will only be lawyers who are not associated with the criminal case. The congressman is accused of misusing his congressional influence and stealing taxpayer money and charitable donations. Penndot is looking into the idea of replacing lights at busy intersections with round abouts. The counties are being asked to find ten intersections that could be good candidates for the change. Big news coming off the field surrounding next thursday nights opener, tom bradys suspension has been nullified. He did not play in the paid yachts preseason finale this evening. The judge nullified his fourgame suspension based not on what he did or didnt do but more on the lack of notice to brady and his legal team and on the nfl denying access to investigative files. The league released a statement saying they disagreed with the judges decision and this afternoon they officially appealed his ruling. The results are in for our High School Blitz game of the week.
