It showed a bloody scene inside a car, and it was calmly narrated by the fiancee of the driver just after he was shot by a Police Officer during a traffic stop in st. Paul, minnesota. The video has provoked public outrage and protests. But official answers as to what led up to the shooting have been slow to come. We want to make sure that this investigation is broad, as broad as possible. Reporter a homeless man who claims to be the initial 911 caller tells nbc news sterling showed him a gun in his pocket. He pulled the gun on the complainer and told him he couldnt be around there. Reporter what remains unclear is what escalated the confrontation with police so quickly before cell phones started recording. Today we learn more about the officers involved.
