Police tell us the victim was the project superintendent. They say he was setting up cones when he was hit by the car near route 100. Police tell us the car did top and the driver did offer to help. Accident investigators are at the scene reconstructing exactly what happened. Police closed 422 for several hours this morning but it is now back open. And we have new information about an army uniform controversy that we first told you about earlier this week. An army veteran accused this man of whats called stolen valor while shopping at Oxford Valley mall. Ryan berk said he knew something was wrong showing his uniform and recorded the whole thing. We want to be clear, yetman has not been charged with a crime in this case but we have learned something about yetmans past. 11 years ago, he pleaded guilty to impersonating a public servant.
