Those crimes ranging from rape to endangerment of a child are all separate individual crimes with individual elements that the commonwealth had to prove to them beyond a reasonable doubt. The attack happened back in june. Prosecutors say Surveillance Video shows garcia locking a bike to a pole and following a victim on spruce street and then forced his way into her apartment. Police used pings from the victims stolen cell phone to track garcia. A driver was hurt when his car hit a building last night. Police say the car lost control, hit a utility pole an another car before hitting the building. The driver suffered a head injury but police say he should be okay. In the Philadelphia School budget crisis a rally will be held at 4 00 outside the office of tom corbit. Its a protest against the governors education cuts. It includes an invitation for corbit to meet with demonstrators. A state lawmaker will visit a bridge in need of repairs. The judge ruled yesterday that pistorius was not guilty of murder as prosecutors had alleged for the culpable homicide conviction he could get a maximum of 15 years in prison but thats up to the judges discretion. A sentencing date will now be scheduled. To developing story were following from overnight. A convicted killer who escaped from this prison in northwestern ohio has been captured. 19yearold t. J. Lane escaped from the prison in lima, ohio, yesterday. Officials have not said how they did it or how he was recaptured other than to say he was apprehended without incident. It was back in 2012 that lane shot to death three students inside a high school near cleveland. Others were wounded. In court lane said he didnt know why he did it. He was given three life sentences. Police in Camden County have a warning for Business Owners and residents. Someone is posing as a representative and scamming people out of money. Victims include three small Business Owners in camden over the past few days. Investigators say the suspect called the owners and told them that they had to pay money to avoid having their electricity shut off. The owners were instructed to put the money in a green dot moneypak card. One victim paid more than 4,200. The search is on for vandals who painted hate messages on a philadelphia deli.
