Overnight police in paris and berlin separately arrested people with suspected ties to isis during antiterror raids. We begin in paris. Police have 12 people in custody linked to the gunman who attacked a kosher supermarket last month. That man has claimed ties to isis. In Berlin Police arrested two men suspected of recruiting fighters and raising money for isis there as parts of a months long investigation into a group of extremists. Theres no evidence they were planning attacks inside germany. 4 33 now. New overnight, a man is on life support after being shot inside his car. This happened just after midnight on Stanton Street in west philadelphia. Investigators tell us the man, the shooter was sitting in the back when he opened fire hitting the driver several times including a shot in the head. Police are still looking for the suspect. A temple student is dead after falling eight stories out of the building. And on to a person below. Now we are checking on the safety of that building. Reporter first, take a look behind me at the sidewalk it was a harrowing scene here for commuters headed home. A woman fell eight stories to her death and injuries a woman walking home. Now this happened just before 6 00 last night. Police say the victim may have been hanging outside of the window taking pictures when she fell. Though they have not ruled this an accident yet pending the investigation. Friends say the woman is rebecca kim who was a temple freshman and was at the university of art when she fell. It is crazy. That could have been me. It could have been anyone just walking by. Reporter the woman injured on the sidewalk, im told this morning she had spinal injuries and is at the hospital recovering. We checked into the building records of where this happened and found no previous building violations. Police tell me this morning that they are interviewing several students, three specifically who were with the victim rebecca kim, just moments before her death. And they also conducted a search warrant of the dorm above and may finish that at this early hour. Reporting live in center city katy zachry nbc 10 news. Happening today, a Pretrial Hearing for the three defendants in the deadly courthouse shooting that happened in wilmington. David david, his mother and sister were charged with cyber stalking results in death. Their trial is set for june. The three codefendants each played a role in the violence that occurred at the New Castle County courthouse in 2013. Thats when davids father shot and killed two women and then himself. One of the women he killed, davids exwife, was targeted because of child custody issues. Investigators in Atlantic County are trying to figure out how a fire happened in a public works yard last night. Police tell us several cars and boats were torched here. No one was hurt.
