You can see thats where the car flipped over, 76 near montgomery avenue. While Police Officers were handling the accident, another car crashed into a police cruiser. No one was hurt in that accident, but right now, you wont see any delays. Eastbound lanes are back open. And a house fire in delaware september one person to the hospital. Investigators say Surveillance Video shows Antonio Martin pointed a gun at an officer, the officer fired his weapon killing martin. A vigil at the same location early last night was far more peaceful than the protests. Dozens of people gathered at the site of the shooting to create a make shift memorial for martin. The shooting just five miles from ferguson, missouri where a Police Officer shot 18yearold Michael Brown who was unarmed. And police in new york city are tightening security to protect their own.
