Delsea drive is closed in both directions, because police will be out there for a while, is broadway or route 551 locally. Moving on now to pennsylvania, where there is an issue on 76 eastbound right at conshohocken. As the camera pulls out, our penndot camera, theres a tractortrailer disabled on the shoulder, so its affecting things in the right lane because of a significant fuel spill, so traffic is reduced to one lane around that. But as you can see, its not affecting drive times in that area. And also, some construction, longterm construction, 422 eastbound, the rat ramps to and from Armand Hammer boulevard are going to be closed until late november. And a live look, route 78 at lehigh street up in the lehigh valley, a few cars on the road as typical for this hour, but no issues there. Right now concerns over a childs virus in Mercer County. Officials in one School District are now closely monitoring all cases of respiratory illness. This comes after a second child contracted enterovirus d68. Now, the first case resulted in the death of a 4yearold boy. Both kids attended preschool in hamilton township, and now leaders at Yardville Elementary School are taking action. A second student home recovering from the potentially deadly illness. Township officials are stressing hygiene as part of a prevention strategy. We need to wash our hands. We need to make sure that if we see signs that our children are ill that we keep them home. Reporter the School Superintendent here released a letter to parents. At 4 34, also this morning, were learning more about an ebola investigation in this area. A child from liberia is being monitored at a hospital in dover. That child was taken to the emergency room at Bayhealth Kent general on saturday. The hospital is not saying why the patient was brought there, but out of an abundance of caution, the child was admitted to a private isolation room, and the hospital says its followed the cdc guidelines for investigating ebola. Hospital Officials Say the cdc determined that the likelihood of the child having ebola is extremely low, so it will not run tests. The patient will continue to be observed in the hospital until the cdc and doctors determine that its safe to discharge him or her. Happening today, family, friends and hundreds of Police Officers will pay their final respects to a Pennsylvania State trooper who died in a training accident at a Montgomery County shooting range. Funeral services will be held today for trooper david kedra. Nbc 10 was there at a life celebration for him last night at the givnish funeral home on academy road in northeast philadelphia. Officials say kedra was accidentally shot by another trooper during a Training Exercise last tuesday. That happened in conshohocken. Kedra was 26 years old and had been a member of the state police since june of 2012. States funeral mass is at 11 00 a. M. At christ the king church on chesterfield road, also in the northeast. Now, on the way to kedras service, a Police Officer got into a motorcycle crash and had to be taken to the hospital. That happened along interstate 95 north in northeast philadelphia. Investigators say a vehicle in front of the officer swerved to avoid hitting a falling ladder. The officers motorcycle hit the car. He lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown to the ground. The officer is said to be in stable condition. 4 36. The trial continues today for a Montgomery County man whos accused of killing a baby and her grandmother in a botched kidnapping attempt. Raghunandan yandamuri is defending himself in the murder trial. He crossexamined some detectives who he allegedly confessed to. Prosecutors say yandamuri kidnapped the 10monthold and killed her grandmother in their king of prussia apartment nearly two years ago. Police say he wanted ransom to pay off his gambling debt. The baby was later found dead. Trial is expected to begin for a man accused of killing his childhood friend. Prosecutors say Malik Anderson murdered trump because he was angry he wasnt included in the sale of a playstation. Crumps body was found in august at a construction site near George Washington high school in northeast philadelphia. Now for the update in the Police Manhunt for eric frein. That hunt is now in its fourth week. Hundreds of troopers searched a tree nursery in northeastern pennsylvania for hours on sunday. This is a picture from that scene. Police have found items left behind by frein, including pipe bombs, food and clothing. More than 100 teachers and staff of the ridley School District have been picketing for almost a month now during backtoschool nights. Their contract expired in june. Cherry hill, there is activity at route 70 at haden field road. Two lanes are blocked and were trying to get information from police about why and as soon as i get that, ill bring it to you. Crews will be repaving screen del road in cherry hill, so drivers in the southbound lanes will be detoured between evesham road and wilderness drive. The northbound lanes will remain open.
