Some of the lawyers are claiming that the victims were the ones who threw the first punch. Police say this group caught on Surveillance Video confronted two gay men last thursday night at center city and beat them after the couple admit they had were gay. Some of the Defense Attorneys say it was the victims who threw the first punch and started everything but thats hard to believe when you see the brutal injuries of one of the victims who has a black eye and had to have his jaw wired shut. Frein is accused of shooting two state troopers with a rifle last friday night outside the barracks in blooming grove, pike county. One of those troopers was kid. Bryon dickson, his funeral is today. He transferred a few months ago from the philadelphia barracks. Corporal dickson is a married father of two. 38 years old. Yesterday, thousands came out to pay respects to his visitation.
