Reporter anytime youre building under a building, city hall that dates back to the 1870s in a city that predates the founding of the republic, well, youre going to run into problems and thats whats happened. Take a look at the video. Even the work to remove the temporary fencing is running behind by only about an hour. This is new video of this work. The organizers of this 55 million facelift say in addition to the septa line and infrastructure that run underneath, there were pipes and conduit that were not on the architectural plans and of course, occupied protests all of that put the project behind schedule and overbudget by 10 . Some people we talked to say that money could have been put to better use. They put all the money into this new modern facility, and they are having a problem with the school district. In nashville tennessee, a disturbance has broken out at that same juvenile Detention Center where more than 30 teens escaped earlier this week. About 20 teens are roaming the campus refusing to go back to their dorms. None have escaped the facility. 30 teens did escape monday night through a weak spot in a perimeter fence. Six of the teens remain on the loose. A developing story this morning out of ferguson, missouri, the Justice Department is expected to announce today that it is launching an investigation into the Ferguson Police department. The government is also investigating the deadly shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown by a ferguson officer. Now the department is expected to have a separate probe in ferguson including officer force and officer training. Today, the cousin of the woman accused kidnapping and raping a 5yearold will be back on the stand after a dramatic day in the courtroom yesterday. Christina regusters is accused of taking the 5yearold gir from her school last year. Her cousin testified that regusters abused her daughter. During the testimony, regusters screamed out. Atlantic citys casino crisis may be about to get worse. A report in the New York Post said the trump plaza could be ready for bankruptcy. Three Atlantic City casinos have already closed this year. A township supervisor in berks county will be in court next week, hes accused of taking taxpayer resources for this personal use, frederick zigler was arrested. The douglas township supervisor allegedly took several Home Improvement and used it for himself. And a statue was vandalized. This is what they did to George Washington in millville park. A Philadelphia Charter School called the police to help them deal with a mom who went there because she was upset that her daughter was dropped off at the wrong bus stop. The mother said the 7yearold daughter was found tuesday night in the rain after a fiveyear police search. The child said she was told to get off the bus by a driver who was lost. Heres the new part of the story when the mom went to Charter School to ask what happened, she was escorted off the property by police. Yesterday, my child was somehow dropped off at a bus stop.
