Fire broke out at a home in cane avenue just after 11 00 last night. Firefighters rescued a man trapped inside that home. In this video, youll see one firefighter in the back of an ambulance, being treated for smoke inhalation. He was treated there at the scene. He wasnt transported. The man they rescue was taken to the hospital in Critical Condition along with two Camden Metro Police officers who breathed in smoke. Crews had to put out a fire at a metal alloy plant in montgomery county. Fire broke out around 12 30 this morning inside a building where they do metal coating. No one was hurt. The rittenhouse rape suspect now in custody may have victimized another woman prior to saturday mornings assault. Milton garcia is accused of raping the 26yearold woman at her Center City Apartment over the weekend. Police told us a second woman has come forward, reported a man matching garcias description exposed himself to her about an hour before the rape in the same area. Hes charged with rape, robbery, burglary and kidnapping. Today, pennsylvanias Civil Engineers release their annual report cards on the infrastructure. Nbcs jesse gary is live in center city at the Spring Garden bridge, that is scheduled for repairs. Last half hour you mentioned that you have a sneak peek at some of the grades that will be given. Its broken down into 16 different categories, including the Spring Garden bridge, bridges like it, which im standing on, to the freight rails that are off to my left. Unfortunately, most do not receive a good grade. Lets take a look at our video. The report on all state infrastructure to be released in a few hours by the American Society of Civil Engineers finds the entire system is in need of repars. The society says one in four of our bridges are structurallyc deficient. As a result they receive a d plus grade which is pretty bad except when compared to pennsylvanias network of roadways. They receive a d minus. Dams, levees receive c plus marks. The man falls far short of what is needed. Four suspected drug dealers are off the street after a raid in berks county. The District Attorney and state attorney general launched an investigation last july, focusing on people who were suspected of dealing heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and other drugs. Philadelphia police are searching for this burglar. The Surveillance Video shows the guy approaching a home on cecil b. Moore avenue on thursday night. A few hours later hec returned and forced his way inside. Police say the people inside locked themselves in their bedrooms while the guy stole some belongings and then took off. A water main break over the weekend is still causing problems for one neighborhood in southwest philadelphia. The 12 inch main broke saturday sending thousands of gallon on to the street. Some of the water got into their gas line, said some of the people who live there. Pdw says 700 homes have no gas service and 45 homes have damage to their gas lines. One homeowner says he and his neighbors need help. Basically asking for help from the city, to help us through this disaster. This disaster is something bigger than what we anticipated. We got gas water in the gas lines and its running through everyones house. The Philadelphia Water Department tells us once pgw inspects all of the home, they will work with the home owners to fix the damages. This out of the delaware bureau. An Environmental Group is fighting to get more electric cars on the road in philadelphia. The group says electric cars are cleaner than vehicles that run on oil. A suspect is facing charges this morning after he jumped into the toms river to avoid an arrest on drug charges. Police say Victor Garcia was a passenger in a car stopped by police on west water street. Investigators say garcia tried to escape by jumping into the river. A passing boater helped catch him. He gave up after admitting he was tired. Hes one of three facing drug charges. Police say Nicholas Wigg broke that a mans home, stole some stuff but left wet clothing behind. We done the know why it was wet. He contacted the homeowner on facebook asking to get his clothes back and actually set up a meeting with him. So when wigg showed up to the meeting to get his clothes, the homeowner called police who made the arrest. This morning, kfc Officials Say they have found no evidence that an employee asked a little girl to leave their store because of her facial injuries.
