Police take a man into custody following a standoff at an apartment complex. This all started around 11 00 last night. The suspect is accused of firing up to a dozen rounds from his thirdfloor apartment. A number of apartments were evacuated just as a precaution. Shortly after 6 00 a. M. , police stormed the apartment and the suspect was brought out on a stretcher. No one was hurt. Fire in philadelphias frankfurt section forces several people out of their home. It started around 12 45 in a second floor apartment. No one was hurt. Investigators are trying to figure out how it started. Police are looking for the gunman who shot two people in a driveby shooting in pleasantville. This happened around 1 30 this morning on broad street. Police tell us the shooter opened fire and shot at least 30 rounds into the air. Oscar pistorius who shot and killed his girlfriend is now serving a prison sentence. Mr. Pistorius, please rise. A person who lived in the area saw the vehicle, thought it suspicious and called it in. The weather is pretty decent this afternoon across much of the area. Temperatures a little bit above average for this time of the year. Just some isolated showers developing. Its going to increase as we go through the night tonight. By tomorrow morning, we may see showers across much of the area. The wind will be increasing. Its going to get cooler.
