Police take a man into custody following a standoff at an apartment complex. This all started around 11 00 last night. The suspect is accused of firing up to a dozen rounds from his thirdfloor apartment. A number of apartments were evacuated just as a precaution. Shortly after 6 00 a. M. , police stormed the apartment and the suspect was brought out on a stretcher. No one was hurt. Fire in philadelphias frankfurt section forces several people out of their home. It started around 12 45 in a second floor apartment. No one was hurt. Investigators are trying to figure out how it started. Police are looking for the gunman who shot two people in a driveby shooting in pleasantville. This happened around 1 30 this morning on broad street.
