Between now and labor day, setpa will decide whether the make the overnight trains permanent. Police are investigating a shooting. Authorities are not confirming how many were hurt. A neighbor tells us she saw two men who had been shot. One in the leg and the other in the neck. Someone fired at the men as they walked to their car possibly after a party. Philadelphia police are investigating how a drug suspect died while being taken into custody. It happened around 8 00 on the 1500 block of west bristol street in nice town. Witnesses tell nbc 10 police followed the men into a storm. A short time later, officers were seen giving him cpr. Its unclear how the man died or what drugs were recovered. Police are conducting interviews to determine what happened. This morning a woman is in custody with connection with a shooting and two robberies. One of the victims is talking to nbc 10 about the crime. Police arrested samiyyah poteat and charged her with robbery, attempted homicide and related offenses. Officers say she and a male accomplice still on the loose, held up a Spring Garden firing range last wednesday. Police say things turned more violent when the same couple shot a man in the groin during a robbery outside the northeast philly gun range the next night thursday. One of the robbery victim who is does not want his name revealed spoke to nbc 10. Standing about six feet away aiming at my forehead. What type of gun did the male have . New this morning, a 77yearold ocean county man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting an 11yearold child. Prosecutors say that he knew his victim. He was arrested in january of 2013 and has been in jail ever since. He could face up to seven years in prison.
