New information tonight about a philadelphia mother accused of abandoning her disabled son in a park for days. Today in a maryland court, parler waived her right to extradition. She spoke through a closed circuit tv. Her 21yearold son was found in a Cobbs Creek Park with a bible and his wheelchair on april 12th.
