Jesse gary is live in the fern rock section of the city where that vehicle was found just a short time ago. Jesse . Ted, it is sit hearing in the 6000 block of the marvine section of philadelphia. Theres damage around the back of the vehicle, too. This is the kind of thing that investigators want to get a detailed look at. Theyre going to bring in the tow truck and then start searching the vehicle for evidence dna evidence and so on. Sources say this is the same suv seen speeding up. In the interim, witnesses say the driver ran over 24yearold beatrice spence. The impact so severe it severed one of the victims legs right outside her home. They rushed her to the hospital and her house actually caught fire. Something was left on the stove burning. So her husband is uninhabitable right now. Spence is in Critical Condition over at Temple University hospital. While she recovers, police are searching for the person driving this suv, a dodge durango. Were waiting for the tow truck to come and pull the vehicle out of this alley. Some of the neighbors are starting to wake up and figure out what exactly is going on.
