New this morning, a man is in Critical Condition after he was stabbed in west philadelphia. Nbc 10 was on the scene of 5500 block. The 34yearold was stabbed in the neck around 2 15 this morning. Police have not made any arrests. Philadelphia detectives are investigating another stabbing from this morning. A man is in custody after police say he stabbed another man in the back. This happened after 1 00 on the 2000 block of East Allegheny avenue. The 28yearold victim is in stable condition. Its known for seafood and Family Friendly atmosphere, but police say an iconic restaurant was the scene of a violence attack when a cook stabbed a cowork coworker. This happened at snockeys seafood restaurant. An argument between the two led to the stabbing. The victim was rushed to Thomas Jefferson university hospital. No word on his condition. The Police Arrested the other cook. Police are busy this morning resuming the investigation of the death of a man who was run over and shot and killed by another driver. This happened 8 45 last night. Investigators found the car the driver was in on fire. It has georgia tags. No arrests yet or what led up to this incident. Its a murder mystery thats sta shaken a community. Two middle aged women were found shot dead in a home on the 4700 block visa street. Both were in their mid50s. One of the women found down stair as, the other upstairs. The neighbors heard shots and saw someone run from the house. We spoke to one man at the scene, joey thomas. He told us police informed him one of the victims was his sister ruby. She was a nice lady. Its very shocking, terrifying. Ive lived here all my life. Detectives did did not find a weapon and dont know if the victims were targeted or if it was a random crime. This morning a son is facing aggravated Assault Charges after he was shot by his own mother. The 78yearold Mother Told Police she shot the son in selfdefense after he said he would shoot her. This happened in german town. According to investigators, the Man Told Police the man appeared to be drunk and threatened to strangle her. Shes in stable condition after the shooting. A call for murder after the philadelphia mans murder remains unresolved. Relatives of alexis spoke at a rally yesterday afternoon. He was gunned down earlier this month. His killer has not been caught. The 20yearold was shot outside the Dell Music Center which was hosting a peace concert at the time. Investigators believe he got in a fight over a woman. Authorities are calling this man a person of interest in the murder. This Surveillance Video comes from a camera outside that music center. At one point one of the children gets out of the car with his hands in the air. After police realized their mistake, they apologized to the family. Officers ordered the woman out of the car because it was considered a felony traffic stop due to the report of a firearm. This happened two weeks ago, but the dash cam video has just been released. Expectant mothers are told small amounts of tuna can be part of their diet, but now reports say to skip it together. They say you are what you eat. Waters may have gotten murkier. Consumer reports go against fda recommendations and say moms to be should skip canned light tuna. Our message is dont bother. New this morning, a man is recovering while another is in this custody after a stabbing in philadelphia after 1 00 this morning on the 2000 block of East Allegheny avenue in kinsington neighborhood. A 28yearold man was stabbed in the back. Hes in stable condition. Police have a suspect in custody. Its known for seafood, Family Friendly atmosphere. Police say an iconic Philadelphia Restaurant was the scene of a violent attack last night when a cook stabbed a coworker. This happened at snockeys oyster and crab house. Its been open about 100 years. Police say an argument between two cooks led to a stabbing. The victim was rushed to the hospital. Police have not released his information. Police are also searching for a man that ran over a man and then shot and killed him. This happened around 8 45 last night. The shooter took off. The police did find the car he was driving. It was on fire at h and ans bury. It had georgia plates. No word on what led up to this incident. Neighbors heard shots and saw somebody running from the crime scene. Joey thomas told us that police told him one of the women was his sister. I came to the house, and they said two were shot. Found out it was my sister. Detectives say they did not find a weapon. Its unclear if the victims were targeted or if this was a random crime. Now to news from our trenton bureau. The search is on for a man whom Authorities Say posed as a Police Officer and sexually assaulted a store clerk. According to investigators, the man in this photo entered a store on South Broad Street and told the clerk he was a cop. He was carrying a small black radio and had a handgun on him. Police say he assaulted the female clerk in the bathroom of the store and then walked out and flagged down a tan toyota corolla. Police dont believe the car was involved, but theyre investigating. If you have information about this man, if you know who he is, Trenton Police would like to hear from you. It was selfdefense.
