Back here at home Police Arrested the man they say physically and sexually assaulted a wok at a septa station. Police charged Reginald Green with attempted rape robbery and assault. They say he and a woman were walking and talking in center city when he led her to the jefferson septa station on 10th and market station monday afternoon. He walked her to a remote area and allegedly tried to rape her. She fought him. Basically pummeled her. He beat her with his fists, kicked her repeatedly, she suffered injuries to her face. Reginald green is no stranger to police. Hes been arrested several times before. Were checking into his past now. Well have more coming up in a live report at 6 00. Nbc10 has been on the scene for the last two hours as fire crews got those people out. Tonight weve also learned the house that was being torn down was on the citys imminently dangerous list. Nbc10 Investigative Reporter Harry Hairston has been looking into that list for months now. What can you tell bus this property . Talked to the department of licenses and inspections. They confirmed they ordered demolition work at that property. Now, heres what i can tell you. L i officials tell us the company was demolishing 656 north 36th street. That was on the citys imminently dangerous list. That means the property could collapse at any time. According to city officialings the Machine Operator apparently hit the neighbors wall while cleaning up debris. The incident damaged a wall at 654 north 36th street. Heres a look from sky force 10. L i also says the es ka elevator was reversing off the site between the occupied home and telephone pole when a tire went off the curb causing the machine to shift to the left and the bucket to hit the wall of the home. The neighbors front door was damaged, trapping three adults two children two dogs and two cats inside all helped out by firefighters and now being assisted by the red cross.
