Marsico is accused of assaulting a woman inside his bellevue offices last month. His brother is the Dauphin County District Attorney and his cousin is a Pennsylvania State representative. Neither have returned calls for comment. A chester conte man pleaded guilty in the deadly stabbing of his wife in a wawa parking lot now wants out of this plea. His guilty plea led to a life sentence in state prison. Investigators say he killed his estranged wife kimberly when he stabbed her to Death Outside the wawa where she worked in march of 2012. The couple was in the process of divorcing. Prosecutors say he should not be allowed to withdraw his plea. Now, your nbc 10 first alert weather. This is below the average high which is around the upper 70s for this time of the year. The rest of the area, anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees cooler. You can tell the cooler air really is sinking in. As we go through tonight, it will sunk in even more. A cold front moves through, the cooler air from the north is moving down into our area and by tonight, some areas will get chilly. North and west you can expect temperatures possibly in the upper 30s. By early tomorrow morning, thats by about sunrise. Closer to the shore, closer to 50 degrees but interior sections of new jersey like vineland could be coming in around 40 degrees under mostly clear skies. For philadelphia, we expect temperatures in the upper 40s by tomorrow morning, surrounding suburbs could be in the mid40s, glassboro, 44 degrees, westchester could be coming in 46 degrees. A bill to provide crucial funding for the cashstrapped Philadelphia School district has just been passed in harrisburg. The citys 2 per pack cigarette tax would provide about 50 million a year. A Committee Approved the plan last week but the house put off the vote until today. The School District is about 81 million in debt. And breaking news now, two teens have been shot at the olney section of philadelphia. One has since died. Lets listen in to chief inspector scott small whos revealing new details. Around age 17. He was last seen running north on the 5500 block of old york road towards tabor road. Theres a septa loop right there. Septa police were on the scene and the septa police did a great job, they managed to round up at least five juveniles, young adults in the area who were pretty confident were at the scene, possibly with the shooter, possibly with the victims at the time of the shooting. But theyve all been transported to homicide. Theyre all being interviewed by homicide detectives as well as many other witnesses. Were fortunate that where this shooting occurred, not only did we find a lot of cameras but we found a lot of cwitnesses. Do you know what school they were from . Were they from a school in the area . We know the 15yearold girl who was shot and tragically killed does go to school. Im not sure as we just heard, a 15yearold girl shot and killed in the olney section of philadelphia. We just learned from scott small that septa police have a group of juveniles in custody. Theyve been transferred to the homicide unit of Philadelphia Police headquarters. As soon as we know more about this deadly shooting in olney, well make sure we get it back to you. Nbc 10s Deanna Durante live right now, just arriving on the scene. A 15yearold girl has died, a 19yearold, according to Philadelphia Police, fighting for his life. Taking a look at the scene, very active. Were told it spans several city blocks starting near the septa station of broad and olney if youre familiar with this section of the city and it comes down here near einstein Medical Center. I have with me here, chief inspector scott small of the Philadelphia Police department. At this point you are still looking for the shooter in this case . Yes. Right now were looking for a male described as a teenager, possibly around 17 years of age. Hes described as wearing a blank tank top tshirt and he may have tattoos on his neck. He was last scene north of the old block of 55 road. There was a radio call at 4 00 for a group of rowdy kids neared before and olney . Yes, sometime after 4 00 p. M. , over radio, we got a call that a large crowd of juveniles acting disorderly in the area of broad and olney. They were walking fast, which is where the shooting took place. The shooting took place minutes after, right in front of einstein hospitals main entrance, the main entrance to the emergency room also. In the 5500 block of tabor road. The female victim, the 15yearold female was found on the grounds of the einstein hospital when she was shot. Do you believe the kids came from a school nearby and is that aiding in your search for the suspect . Yes. Theres several possibilities. There are several schools nearby. Theres also a large septa loop at broad and olney with buses as well as the subway. So they could have came from one of the schools in the area or came from septa. Septa police are working with Philadelphia Police to try to determine where these individuals came from. We know who both of our victims are, including the female who died and her parents are on the scene. Well find out exactly which school she goes to and well take our investigation from there. Tom wolf will be coming here from the Pennsylvania Press Club Luncheon in harrisburg where he defended his plan to raise income taxes and talk about the need to do something about the pathetic voter turnout. Earlier today, governor corbett was at a press conference in pike county where the manhunt continues for the state trooper killer. When he gets here to hershey, for this debate, one thing he does have going for him is a friendly audience. The Pennsylvania Chamber of commerce and industry is hosting the debate and many of the members are republican supporters. Political pundit and observer, Jeff Jubelirer says the governor does have a tough job tonight. He has to go on the attack. The differential in terms of the poll right now is around 20 points, give and take. Hes got to close that gap. It will have to be about bringing tom wolf down. Everyone knows, most voters know how they feel about top corbett. A lot of them dont know yet how they feel about tom wolf, especially in the general electorate. Federal investigators are looking into what caused a deadly bus crash in bear New Castle County sunday. The bus headed to new york veered off a ramp near route 13 and rolled on to its roof. Police interviewed the driver who has some minor injuries. Today members of the American Society of Civil Engineers made recommendations for Delaware Valley toc improve its flood safety protection. The group of engineers study the failure of the Hurricane Protection system during katrina in 2005. They suggest that areas exposed to river and coastal flooding should reevaluate how flood risk is estimated. Develop better management of flood risk at all levels of government. Meantime, happening now, more than 500 nurses from crozerchester Medical Center in Delaware County are back out on the picket line. This is a planned twoday walkout which began yesterday. The nurses have been working without a contract since june 8th. The major sticking points include staffing, pay, retirement funds. There are temporary workers in place to fill the spots of the striking nurses. No new contract talks are scheduled. An allout search is under way for a missing College Student who police are calling a person of interest in the case. And his connection to the young woman who hasnt been seen in more than a week. Right now, two searches are under way in the case of a missing Virginia University student. Police are looking for the man who was the last person seen with Hannah Graham. Julie carrie has the latest. Reporter charlottesville detectives spent several hours in Jesse Matthews apartment bringing out three more bags of evidence. They searched there friday before he had been named a person of interest. This security video shows him at the downtown mall in the early hours of september 13th. Soon after, he was seen with Hannah Graham entering the tempo restaurant. Police want to know if anyone saw the two enter matthews banged up burnt orange car. We are not excluding anyone in this. Obviously as far as we can find right now, he is the last person that was with hannah, certainly hes the focus of our investigation. Reporter police put out this wanted poster because they no longer know where Jesse Matthew is located. Saturday he and family members came to Police Headquarters and asked for a lawyer. Police found one but matthew then left without answering questions. Later that evening, elsewhere, as state police watched, matthew drove off at a high rate of speed. That led to these two reckless driving charges that police will now use to arrest matthew if they can find him. We want to speak to him, again, he was the last person we can show was we know was with Hannah Graham. So he has got to have information we need. Its very frustrating. Reporter its been three days since Jesse Matthews landlord heard from him. We were with her when she entered his apartment. Matthew was far from an ideal tenant, shes surprised to hear him called a person of interest in Hannah Grahams disappearance. Im horrified, in shock. Right now police are questioning a large group, at least ten people, after the gunfire erupted in the middle of the afternoon with deadly consequences. Reporter we can tell you right now Police Believe there was a large crowd of teenagers. A call came in and that teenage girl was south of einstein hospital and she was shot and ran about half a block up and collapsed on the hospital property. Standing with me now live is Police Commissioner charles ramsey. You believe the shooting happened further south of the hospital based on subvillance video . Weve had a chance to review some video. Were still piecing all this together. It may change again once everything is finally in and weve interviewed witnesses. It looks like perhaps shots were fired south of here, the victims ran north.
