The rain is still in parts of south jersey, through parts of cape may county, lighter through upper cape may county, around ocean city, still a little bit of moderate rainfall, through the shore in atlantic county, still some light rain falling, this will all continue to push to the south. The president of the school as well as the mayorlike the are hoping that this new school will be just one piece in the continued development of the capital city, but not everyone in this neighborhood wants a new school. I think they should just make it into a lowincome housing, instead of building another Nursing School. Reporter melissa barns lives behind the site for Thomas Edison state colleges nursing center. She appreciates the develop n her backyard but hoped it would be used differently. One, two, three. Reporter a groundbreaking ceremony announces the official start of work to build a stateoftheart nursing center. When completed, will attract about 3,000 people each year. The development is one of several in the capital city, including another on say the street and opening of rush crossings on the other side of trenton, a mixed use Affordable Housing complex, which addresses some of the concerns.
