The turnpike and 309 meet, its a notorious area for flooding that we have seen many, many times in the past. Anybody going through the regions will have to take it easy and have detours with all of this. As you can see, along the turnpike, its raining. The whole part of the turnpike. The heftiest shifted eastward and over the 309 exit. Now its further to the east. To the extreme northeast and other area towards newtown grand getting heavy rain. The other problem is this new area that developed, that is now along the pennsylvania turnpike headed in the general direction of where that heavy rain was. This is one giant band that continues to move in the same area. North of it not much and south of it not much. The stuff out in the middle is coming later in the week. The area eventually just to the north is on the pennsylvania turnpike now, but more showers overnight and into the morning rush. We still have the tropical air. We can get showers any time during the day tomorrow. Then we may dry out a little bit on wednesday. Maybe a little bit of an east wind and drizzle perhaps, but not the heavy rain. Then we get it again thursday into friday. Showers some of them heavy with high humidity. Fog late. More showers developing tomorrow. We could see some from the morning rush and more in the afternoon as well. High temperatures in the low 80s. Quieter on wednesday even though we could see a couple of showers and drizzle. Federal authorities got to mariner alert about more whales being hit possibly because they are coming closer to shore. They are urging those on the water to slow down. Stay clear of the animals and put the engine in neutral and drift by and appreciate them that way.
