Temperatures in the 20s, 26 in pottstown. 22 in reading, 29 in mt. Pocono. So the question this morning is will the precip arrive before those temperatures go up . And thats something were going to watch over the next couple of hours. Futurecast as we go throughout time, well start to really see that rain filling in. By 8 00 you see a little pink showing up on the map. North and west of philadelphia that is the question mark and thats what were going to be watching over the next couple of hours if we do get that freezing drizzle or even some freezing rain. Otherwise, were looking at a mainly rain event as we go throughout the day, and rain heavy at times, especially throughout parts of delaware and also new jersey you can see some darker shading showing up there. As we go throughout today, plan on a wet one, bring the umbrellas as you head out today. 10 00, 39 degrees. Above freezing. Thats the good news and up to 41 degrees by lunchtime. Now to breaking news out of florida. Police have captured a teen couple who have been making headlines in connection with an alleged crime spree all across the south. Police say officers found 18yearold dalton hayes and his 13yearold girlfriend early this morning in panama city beach. The teens were asleep in a truck that was stolen in georgia. Hayes is being charged with being a fugitive from justice and is awaiting extradition back to kentucky. The 13yearold girl is now with the Florida Department of children and families. Police in other states have been looking for the couple over the last two weeks. During that time they were accused of stealing trucks and cashing stolen checks. Some have dubbed the teen dueo bonnie and clyde, but they are not accused of committing any violent crimes. New from overnight, in our area, Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital. The shooting happened around midnight in the area of adams avenue in the citys frankfort neighborhood. A man was shot in the face. Hes in critical condition, and a woman was shot in the chest and arms. Shes in stable condition. So far nobody has been arrested. Also new from overnight, a man is in critical but stable condition after a driver hit him while he was walking in the cobbs creek section of philadelphia. This happened right along the 5,400 block of baltimore avenue just before 2 00 this morning. Police tell us that the driver did stop at the scene. No word on exactly what led up to the crash or if any charges will be filed. A Burlington County mother is now facing charges, accused of murdering her newborn baby by setting her on fire. Also stuffed teddy bears, stuffed fish a few flowers, as well as flowers and ribbons taped around the post. Just beneath it crime scene tape that remains from yesterday. Authorities say 22yearold Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier of pem ber pem berly township recently gave birth to the baby girl. Dorve dorvilier is accused of dousing the baby with an accelerant before setting her on fire in the middle of the street late friday night. First responders airlifted the child to Childrens Hospital st. Christophers hospital, but she died a few hours later. A neighbor tells us no one knew dorvilier was pregnant in the University Neighborhood where shes from which is not far from the scene. No one also sensed the that anything was wrong. I dont care what the problem might be with your children theres so many things and so many places you can take them. You dont have to do anything like that. Reporter dorvilier is being held on a 500,000 bail. An autopsy will be done by the county medical examiner. Also, the circumstances surrounding the babys birth remain under investigation. The water is running again at a busy Center City Hotel after a water main break cut it off for nearly 12 hours. Around 6 00 last night, a water main broke underground, leaking water into the subbasement at the loews hotel. The power lines are down there, so no power or water for guests. The Hotel Management said they were at full occupancy. No power, no water, everything in the dark and actually no heat either so the rooms are getting a little cold but thats all right. The power came back on around 9 00 last night and the water started flowing about 30 minutes ago. 12th street between market and chestnut has also reopened. Thats the area where the loews hotel is located. That area had been closed while crews were making repairs. We have new information this morning on the condition of the woman injured when a Temple University student fell on top of her from eight stories up. The family of Erica Goodwin says shes been upgraded from serious to critical condition. Goodwin was hurt when 18yearold rebecca kim fell out of a center city window thursday night. Kim died after landing on goodwin, who was on the sidewalk below. Rebecca kim was a freshman at Temple University who grew up in montgomery county. Police say she fell to her death after climbing out of the window to take pictures. An afternoon at the gym was cut short for some folks in Camden County yesterday. They had to be evacuated after witnesses say someone pulled out a gun. A viewer sent us this video from outside of the l. A. Fitness in summerdale. People at the gym tell us that an employee was working out there when some type of an altercation happened and he took out a gun. Officials evacuated the building. Police took the man into custody. In Lehigh County were learning more about a deadly crash between a train and an suv. Future weather, as we go throughout time here were going to track this for you, by 8 00 really starting to fill in to the south, but you notice a little pink showing up north and west of philadelphia. And theres that question mark of what it will be following at that hour. And at 11 00, it really fills in and overtakes the entire hour. Were looking at rain maybe a little freezing stuff in the poconos and the lehigh valleys. That will be it everywhere else were seeing that rain. Some yellow and orange indicating heavier rain.
