The girl says the driver was an older woman with white hair large black rimmed glasses and a puppy with her, investigators say she kept asking the girl to get into the suv, she drove off when the girls brother showed up. They said about the puppy in the car, my heart just fell to the ground because that is stereo typical. She wasnt but the puppy was. Police have increased patrols in that area. The mummers came to help dedicate new stained glass windows at the kendrick recreation center. The windows were made by Philadelphia High School students as part of an Afterschool Program recognized around the world. Art is the vehicle to get them engaged in the world. Most of our students are actually boys. Whats interesting is that stained glass is a difficult process and its a dangerous process, and the boys are very attractive to that.
