The Brussels Airport remains closed. Local trains are running but making limited stops. At least 34 people were killed in yesterdays attacks and authorities are searching across belgium for the suspected terrorist scene in this video from the airport just before the attack wearing a white jacket and a hat. In the past hour weve learned that some of the attackers were brothers. Those men were known to police before they blew themselves up at the airport a little more than 24 hours ago now. Nbc 10s katy zachry is live in the Digital Operations Center following this mornings developments. Bring us up to speed, katy. As you said, it is about 24 hours after the deadly attack. Investigators right now are narrowing in on that one suspect believed to be still alive. Now, take a look at this video. They believe these three men are behind the attacks. The two on the left are those brothers you mentioned believed to be suicide bombers and dead. Their names just released. Khalid and ibrahim bakaru. Isis has claimed responsibility for the terror attacks. Now to the bloodshed, video were showing you from inside the airport. Bodies were on the ground, parents clutching their children in safety. Those who could run ran for their lives. Coming up in the next half hour, youll hear a detailed account from an american who was inside the airport when those bombs went off. People in brussels tell us there had been a noticeable increase in security at train and subway stations. Nbc 10 spoke to a student studying abroad in brussels. He says he and his friends passed through the same train station that was bombed just days ago and they say they could almost feel an attack was imminent. We arrive in the train station, there were so many security guys. Like guys with big guns. Now that it happened it feels crazy for us. The state department is issuing an alert for any american traveling in europe warning that Public Transportation could be a target. Throughout the philadelphia area, people who use Public Transportation are seeing a larger Police Presence at train stations. Yesterday suburban station there were police with bombsniffing dogs. Septa says riders will continue to see more patrols. Security has been stepped up at Philadelphia International airport and police are reminding everyone, if you see something, say something. A 3yearold girl is in the hospital after chewing on ac b of crack cocaine at a Daycare Center. Matt delucia is live outside Childrens Hospital of philadelphia. The 3yearold girl was rushed here to c. H. O. P. Yesterday. If not for a a vigilant day care worker, this could have been a much worse situation. The girl was playing outside of a day care at 52nd and haverford. Philadelphia police tell us that the day care worker saw the girl chewing on something. She goes over and finds that what the girl was chewing on was a small baggy with a white residue in it. She immediately recognized in her mind that could have been crack cocaine. Through her training that the state gives the Daycare Center, she immediately rushed the kid to Childrens Hospital because of the concerns that she swallowed the actual rock that was inside that bag. Reporter the girl did test positive for crack cocaine. Shes being closely monitored. Detectives have been talking with her and are trying to figure out where that bag came from. Police also tell us the girls mom has been at the hospital. Shes upset and in shock. Investigators do not believe that the crack came from the Daycare Center. We did speak with the owner of that Daycare Center overnight. She says they are cooperating with the investigation. Police also say that the day care has been cooperating fully with this investigation. And that Daycare Center will be open later on this morning. Live at c. H. O. P. , matt delucia, nbc 10 news. Marco rubio also picked up delegates even though hes already dropped out of the race. Trump continues to lead the delegate count for the gop with ted cruz in second place. The winner needs 1,237 to secure the nomination. Clinton leads sanders by more than 700 delegates. The winner there needs 2,383 for nomination. Before the end of the week, right at the end of the workweek, that is, showers will be moving through. They should be clearing out for the weekend. The report shows a third or more of stop and frisk by police in the first half of last year were made without the required reasonable cause and that africanamerican accounted for 69 of those stopped and 67 of those frisked. Police commissioner richard ross says there will be more audits and more accountability for the departments stop and frisk practices.
