This morning, police are looking for a gunman want for shooting a teenage fast food worker in north philadelphia. The customer was having dinner at the churchs chicken restaurant on north broad street. Police say he got angry, pulled out a gun and shot a 19yearold employee at least three times. Medics rushed the victim to the hospital where he is in stable condition. The shooter ran away from the scene and crime scene investigators found bullets and shell casings scattered across the restaurant. Senseless. A senseless crime. Getting shot over chicken . Come on. Police tell us it is possible the customer got angry when employees were cleaning tables near his food. This morning, investigators are looking for a man in his late 50s or early 60s. Just a half hour before that shooting, about a mile and a half away, police say someone killed a woman in a second floor apartment on north 17th street. Police say the killer beat the woman with a hammer. She was pronounced dead at the scene. There is still no word on what led toc this killing. And no one has been arrested. Happening today, dozens of delaware airmen are coming home. Some 60 members of the Delaware Air National guard are returning to the new castle base on two different flights. Theyve spent the last four months in the middle east as part of operation freedom sentinel. There will be more airmen returning tomorrow and wednesday. He died at the hospital wilson faces homicide, robbery an other charges. A teenager is dead after a new Jersey Transit train struck him in mercer county. Officials tell us the 18yearold victim was killed just west of the hamilton station. Trains between Princeton Junction and trenton were delayed while investigators were on the scene.
