You can see theres a lot of green on the turnpike the blue route and the schuylkill expressway and 295 into south jersey. As we take a look at one of the cameras out there, this is interstate 95 at the ben franklin bridge. Not a lot of volume out there with the Road Conditions out there. Checking on the drive times this is normal this time of the morning. A lot of green lights out there, 13 minutes on woodhaven road to the vine street expressway. Chris . A couple breaking news items. We begin with this one in philadelphia where police found a woman dead inside of her home. This is on willows avenue in the kingsessing neighborhood. Police are calling this suspicious and are not saying how she died but they are saying it is suspicious. No arrests in this case. And nbc 10 was rii first on the scene when police swarmed a north philadelphia neighborhood after officers say a teenager fired a gun and barricaded himself inside a house. Now Police Say Officers saw someone fire a gun at least five times on the street. When officers went up to him he ran into the house on north 11th street. Police say he and other people inside that home refused to come out. Eventually police talked to someone in the house and convinced nine people including a 16yearold who officers have identified as the shooter to come out. We brought nine occupants in the house out. No one had any weapons. The 16yearold hid the weapon somewhere in the property. The 16yearold did not live at this property. He was friends with the family who did reside there. Police took some of the people who were inside the house in for questioning. Kidnapping beaten and robbed all because of her job. The Philadelphia Police are hoping surveillance cameras help catch the man who abducted a Jewelry Store worker in center city on saturday. The 53yearold woman was headed for her car inside a parking garage on Chestnut Street when three men jumped out of the van, forced her inside and demanded the keys to the store and the code to the safe. When she said she didnt have them, they drove her around for an hour beating her and using her taser. They took her bank card and left her in a cemetery. The van is an older model with white graffiti on the side and back. If you have information on who that might be call police. And police in mt. Laurel are looking for this couple. Edward and nicole hatch are both from philadelphia. The couple went to dicks sports goods and cut security locks off highend baseball bats and put them in the baby stroller and left. The bats are worth close to 2800. Investigators say a few days earlier the couple used the same stroller to steal from an Amusement Park in mt. Laurel. Crews in Camden County are waiting for high tide to move this boat that was stuck on a sandbar with people on board. This video is a little dark but you can see the boat along pembroke park. It ran aground around dusk last night at low tide. No one was hurt. Well, police have an arrest warrant for a youth basketball coach who shot at another coach in philadelphia over the weekend. It happened saturday afternoon inside the aw kristy Recreation Center in philadelphia. The coach got into an argument with some fans and when the other coach intervened the angry coach pulled out a gun and fired a shot at him. There were about 70 people inside the kim at the time. Thankfully nobody was hit. The shooter drove away before Police Arrived and police have not released his name. Two people go on trial in philadelphia today for the murder of this man. Micah fisher was shot to dead on the night of his 26th Birthday Party in 2013. Police say he was the nent bystander. Police are still looking for a third suspect. And another murder trial begins today in philadelphia. James alton is charged with killing corrine elle. This was a dispute over a stolen iphone. The racketeering trial of six officers will resume this week. The six are accused of beating and robbing suspected drug dealers over a period of six years stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars and drugs from them. A seventh former officer pleaded guilty and is set to testify against his former colleagues. Six minutes after 4 00 now. The excitement is building. It is opening day in philadelphia. A manhunt underway in indiana this morning. Two women and three children were shot inside a home there. Well tell you how police say the suspects got inside. And Easter Services came to a sudden stop at this church in new jersey when the roof collapsed. Well hear from parishioners who saw it all happen. 4 13. Well bring you back to breaking news we told you about in south jersey. Police are investigating an apparent crime scene. Were still trying to get information on exactly what is going on here but if you take a live look at the picture here you can see one detective and one investigator on the scene looking at something on the ground. We saw earlier dozens of evidence markers. The type of set up you would see in other cases where police found a number of shell casings, but at this point we cant confirm there was a shooting or any bullets were fired. We are still trying to get information on what happened here outside of a business in Camden County. Just near the border of camden and hollingswood. And a developing story in indiana now, police are looking for three suspects who they say shot three women and three Young Children inside a home in indianapolis. All five are in the hospital with serious injuries. The kids were just 6, 3 and 6 months old. The shootings happened at 9 30 this morning. They believe the gunman knew the victims and were invited inside. And its 4 15 now. Happening today in the city of philadelphia, well officially mark the end of the mourning period for murdered Sergeant Robert wilson iii. Mayor Michael Nutter and other top officials will close the 30day mourning period for Sergeant Wilson who was killed in the line of duty on march 5th. Investigators say he was inside the gamestop store in north philadelphia buying a gift for his son when two men tried to rob the store. Wilson stopped the robbers but died in the shootout. Prosecutors do plan to show Surveillance Video from inside the store during the trial for the two men. Authorities have charged Carlton Hipps and Ramon Williams with wilsons murder. They are due in court next month. The Philadelphia Police department begins a new train this morning to give them a Perfect Union workshop. They will launch this program at the National Constitution center designed to show new recruits and remind seasoned offers about concept of fair and impartial treatment. Ramsey cochaired president obamas Traffic Force on community policing. Well, government officials, lawmakers and medical professionals will announce new details about the Successful Use of narcan in gloucester county. The drug reverses heroin overdoses and so far Police Officers there have used it to save the lives of more than 40 people since last september. And the Justice Department is now looking into the case of a delaware family that may have been sickened by pesticide at their condo in the virgin islands. The esmond family was staying at a resort last month when they became very ill. The epa is investigating to see if a pesticide used to fumigate their room is to blame up. The two teenager sons and father are still in critical condition. The wife has been released from the hospital. Well, a rock climber survived a 55foot fall at a bucks county state park. The man was repelling at Ralph Stover State Park when he fell yesterday afternoon. He was flown to Temple University hospital with serious shoulder ankle and other injuries but otherwise is expected to be okay. The cause of a roof collapse under investigation this morning at a church in north jersey. I want happened during the middle of Easter Services yesterday. Parishioners say the ceiling at the Korean United Methodist Church began to bulge and suddenly collapsed on top of them. We were like singing and then we were moving and the middle part fell and it collapsed. And we just ran to the door. God saved me and my family and everyone in this church. One person was seriously hurt. 13 others had minor injuries. And Easter Sunday fight to save this church from being demolished. Parishioners will meet with city leaders in philadelphia later this week to try to stave st. Laurentis church that has been on burke street since 1982. They say the building is unsafe and will be demolished. Church goers are appealing the decision and awaiting a final ruling from the vatican. I hope the pope gets involved and saves our church. The archdiocese estimates it will cost 3. 5 million to renovate the church. Supporters say the number is actually much lower than that. A chilly start this morning.
