The man suspected of killing six people in Montgomery County yesterday is still on the run this morning after trying to rob a man of his car keys last night. And heres new video this morning from outside the home of bradley stone in pennsburg. Investigators remain on the scene overnight. Look at this, you can actually see inside his home with the front door knocked out there giving us a glimpse inside brad stones living room. The search for stone is focused around bucks county. Thats where last night they said he held up a man at knife point and tried to take the mans car keys. Jesse gary joins us live from doylestown and the victim in that attempted carjacking actually fought back, didnt he . Thats right. The victim was armed with a gun and he used that gun to protect himself. As a result, stone ran off and all is quiet here in doylestown. The order for some residents has been lifted. Take a look at our video. He tried to, as chris said, c carjacked a man as he walked his dog. He did manage to fire several shots and his dog tried to take a bite out of stone. A man matching stones description ran into the nearby woods and has not been seen since. He is alleged crime spree has touched off an intense manhunt in montgomery and bucks county. Brad stones suspected rampage began 24 hours ago when he went to a home where he allegedly killed his exwifes sister patricia alongxuptp her husba and 14yearold daughter. Left their 17yearold son badly wounded. He showed up in lansdale and killed his exwifes mother and grandmother. He went to harleysville where he shot and killed his exwife, nicole. This was the chaotic scene when s. W. A. T teams stormed into his home yesterday looking for him. Officers carried assault weapons and drove Armored Vehicles and lobbed gas canisters to the home thinking he might be inside at the time. They heard a number of explosions as those canisters went off. Were learning more today about the six People Killed and the connection between them. Members of four generations of the same family had died in this killing spree. A grandmother, mother, two daughters, a niece and a brotherinlaw. Nicole hills mother, joann, and her grandmother, pat, lived in the same lansdale house where pat grew up and they were killed in that house yesterday morning. Longtime friends recall joanns love of gardening and pats love of the neighborhood. She grew up here and told stories about how everything was and she was all about this neighborhood. Now, nbc 10 was there last night as employees from the m t Montgomery County where her sister lived with with her husband and their two children. They were all shot. The firefighter injured his ankle and is expected to be okay. At six minutes after 4 00 now, were learning new information this morning about a deadly shooting in Delaware County that involved two offduty police officers. Hostages were held at gun point by monis. Hours into the standoff five hostages were able to escape. Its not clear yet if the two captives were hurt in the crossfire or killed by monis. The head of the ncaa, penn state former president and the former director of the fbi are among those who may take the stand in a trial connected to the way the penn state sex abuse case was handled. Rob mccord and a state senator brought this lawsuit, which alleges that the ncaa did not have the authority to impose sanctions on penn state. The case is set to go to trial in three weeks. The three people accused in a brutal attack of a gay couple in Center Center are due in court today. Catherine knots, williams aggravated assault and conspiracy stemming from the beating of a gay couple in september. Police say three suspect were caught on Surveillance Video moments before the assault. They say the Three Friends asked the victims about their sexual orientation, used gay slurs and attacked the couple. One of the victims had a broken jaw. Defense attorneys say the fight was mutual, though, and not motivated by sexual orientation. Also happening today, the trial is expected to begin for this former Philadelphia Police officer who is charged with violating a protection from abuse order. Kenneth allen is accused of assaulting a female officer who was his girlfriend at the time. He attacked his partner on four occasions, once while the couple was on duty. In bucks county, an unexpected turn of events in the case of sports caster don haulson. Haulson was supposed to be sentenced yesterday for selling related trips and tickets to help various charities. Instead he in court withdrew his guilty plea and will represent himself in the trial because he cant afford a lawyer. Prosecutors say he defrauded at least 200 people of more than 300,000. The deadline to save the trump taj mahal has officially passed. The main Casino Workers Union did not respond to a 5 00 p. M. Deadline to drop its appeal of a cour courtordered move to cut Workers Health insurance and pension plan. The casino is scheduled to close at 6 00 p. M. Saturday. Neither side have commented on the passing of that deadline or what it may mean for the casinos future and its 3,000 workers.
