Had to turn in and zoom one of these cameras and penndot is zooming that around to see that activity. Three lanes blocked in that area and debris also spilled on to the highway and that truck was carrying trash and debris on the highway. We do have one lane of traffic getting by that scene right now and then on the northbound side of 95 in this area, also dealing with one lane blocked as a result of that accident. Like i said, one of these cameras that, unfortunately, we cant see the accident too much yet and we have a crew headed to the scene and as soon as we get more information, well let you know. The syrian foreign minister said the u. S. Did inform syrians representative before prior to the air strikes beginning. Military and partner nations did target fuel and weapons depots, training sites and the headquarters for the radical islamic fighters which is in the Northern City of raca. The Israeli Army Says two suspects in the acduction and murders of these three israeli teens were killed overnight. The three teens were kidnapped by hamas in june and bodies were found three weeks later in the west bank. Now, Israeli Security forces say overnight they tried to arrest the two kidnapping suspects, but a shootout erupted and the suspects were killed. Back here at home, new this morning, a house fire in philadelphia sent two people including a firefighter to the hospital. Firefighters downed heavy smoke when they arrived at the home along north ninth street and hunting park. One resident breathed in too much smoke and a firefighter suffered a minor injury. Also new this morning, Police Looking for two suspects after a man was shot during an attempted robbery in north philadelphia. The victim says after 11 00 p. M. Two men pulled guns on him and he said when he reached for his wallet, they started shooting. The man was hit in the arm and is in stable condition. Happening today, the Pennsylvania Senate will vote on the cigarette tax created to rescue philadelphia schools. It will add a 2 per pack tax. To cigarettes sold in the city. Jesse, will the anticipated passage of this tax put an end to the School Districts financial problems . Not in the least. Philadelphia schools opened on time this year with the promise of additional funding from the passage of the cigarette tax bill. Lets go ahead and take a look at our video. This morning, Philadelphia Police are reviewing Surveillance Video trying to find a young gunman who killed a 15yearold girl and critically wounded a 19yearold man. That shooting happened yesterday near einstein hospital in albany. It stemmed from a fight involving a large group of victim. Both victims were innocent bystanders. New information on a union intimitation case two philadelphia iron workers have pleaded guilty and two more expected to dothe same today. Ten members of iron workers local 401 are accused of torching a Quaker Meeting House in Chestnut Hill and destroying other property as pret robugz for the Property Owners not using union labor. While six members will plead guilty, the Union Business manager and three others go to trial in january. This morning, two state lawmakers representing philadelphia will talk about legislation to expand pennsylvanias hate crime law. Senator larry and Brendan Boyle have both sponsored bill to protect number of the Lgbt Community and mentally challenge frad prejudice crime. The pair will make an announcement at 11 00 a. M. A tenday search for the man accused of killing a Pennsylvania State trooper and wounding another has been narrowed down to the area of the pocono mountains where he grew up. Three lanes blocked at Bridge Street and at least one lane blocked on the northbound side, as well. Crews can tend to that accident scene. A very big scene out here on 95 right now. One lane of traffic is able to get by on the southbound side of 95, which is good because were not seeing a big backup then. The highway itself is not closed, but we do have much of that area of 95 southbound blocked off, again. That one lane of traffic is getting by. This overturned tractor trailer right near Bridge Street and overturned and then as you can see overturned across the median. Just partially on the northbound side. Three lanes blocked on 95 southbound and at least one lane blocked on 95 northbound and then you can see all of this debris scattered across the highway. This tractor trailer was carrying trash and that is what you were seeing. Way in theern coer, you can see the cone and that far right lane, that one lane of traffic is getting by. The good news for drivers getting out on 95 is that 95 is not completely shut down, however, a lot of lane restrictions out here, as you can see. That developer has offered 90 million for the boardwalk property. Thats only e4 of what it cost to build revel. The auction is set to begin tomorrow morning. These striking nurses in Delaware County will not be going back to work today. They ended the twoday walkout last night and then were told not to return today because the hospital hired replacements for five days, not two. The nurses are calling this a lockout. The Medical Center says erroneous to call this a lockout and the union knows this. The nurses say they have been working without a contract since june 8th. Some people who received up front tax credits when they signed up for the affordable tax act may owe back some of that money. Authorities say Omar Gonzalez jumped over the white house fence on friday and entered an unlocked door. This happened right at Bridge Street. This is the southbound side of 95 and it overturned on to the northbound side, as well. We have multiple lane restrictions out here in both directions and take a look at that all that trash out there that debris on 95 that is just sitting and scattered across the highway right now. Thats the southbound side, once again, right at Bridge Street. So only that far right lane of traffic is getting by. We have the rest of the lanes on the southbound side completely blocked off. Also the lanes on the northbound side blocked off as you can see, as well. Fire Department Activity out there and police Department Activity out there. That is the good news of this situation. A black bear believed to have killed a rutgers student in northern new jersey over the weekend is now being examined at a state lab. Police in west milford says putell was hiking with four friend in the preserve when they encountered the bear. They got scared and ran off in different directions. When they regrouped they found that putell was missing. His body was found a short time later. The bear was euthanized and officials are examining it now to see if it was rabid. A dozen students at philadelphias Martin LutherKing High School have been suspended after this brawl caught on video. See 12 students throwing punches, kicking and hitting.
