Everything you ever cooked in there gets seasoned and imparts the flavors in the grill. I love that. What we have are are a couple italian rolls. One a chicken parmesan roll and other chicken saltimbocca roll. No. 1, get yourself a good quality porcelain pizza stone. Why porcelain . Ever ceramic one i had breaks. Very temperaturesensitive. A lot more brittle than porcelain. It is more durable. I have had this four or five years now. Little more expensive but in the end, you dont have to replace it, so it will last. Save you money there. Okay, good. Pizza peel helps turn it on the grill or a long handled spatula. What we will do is assemble one real quick. Go to the favorite dough store, italian provision store, supermarket, in this case, pre make your chicken. Veal, any kind of meat, vegetarian you can do that. Get vegetables, grill those up, in this case the saltimbocca we rolled out the dough. Make sure the chicken is back to room temperature, you dont want there. Get a layer of prosciutto ham, spinach, parmesan, little bit of mozzarella, little bit of grated and repeat. So well go with that. Get more prosciutto on top. My grandma would be happy. More cheese. The dough out. Get egg wash around the corners. Not thin, thin, you have a little bit of thickness to it because it has to hold everything in. Exactly. Pull this over. Press this down. Turn it up and what you can do extra dough is make garlic rolls, whatever you like or save yes. Exactly. But tastier. It is familyfriendly, get the kids involved in this. I love that. That will go on the stone. Get your grill to 425 degrees for at least 20 minutes. Bring it up to temperature. Before you even put it in. Before you put it in.
