The lawyer plans on appealing the case because the judge allowed prosecutors to show the jury an edited version of the video of davis, talking to the undercover officers. Brigida, judging from the turnout of todays meeting it is clear that Student Assignment is an issue that matters to both parents and students. More than 100 people showed up for the forum here at cms smith family center. Some Board Members were there to answer questions and calm fears of forced busing. As i said, they also had students there. They wanted to voice their voice heard in the discussion. Hannah is a senior at independence. We asked her what students are saying about the posse of School Boundaries changing to create more diverse schools. They are not comfortable with it. They want to be with the ones they went to elementary and middle school with and that is who we are comfortable with. And they feel like if the around people that are not used to.
